I used to live next door to this and it’s great to see the property being used for farming rather than yet another development. Great place, they have gathered the best of the best local sourced food. Glass bottle milk from a dairy a few miles down the road, the best local butter, eggs and apple cider. Produce grown on the actual farm market farm. This is a great addition to the community. When this farm property was up for sale years ago everyone thought it was going to turn into another field of McMansions. But the buyer and operator of the market put aside thoughts of a big payday and put his agriculture degree to good use. He planted the fields and opened the market. Now he’s expanding the original local sourced market with gourmet to go, deli section and a large fresh baked goods section. He’s even added weekly healthy cooking classes Kinda like a mini reading terminal market.
Lots of cute farm animals to pet and a play area for the kids. In the summer they do a family outdoor movie night.

The Amish farmers market on Friday and Saturday is a great addition. Great bbq, bakery, and deli with excellent products and prices.

Sandy Ridge Farm Market supplies some of the products that I get at my company’s CSA — like Eggs and Jam. The also have a full-​on market loaded with local and regional produce, dairy products and goodies.
