I made an appoint for a class at 11:00 am, a week ago. Show up on the day of the class and the store was closed. Call the number and received a voice message stating they would be open at 2pm to 7pm Monday and Tuesday (3⁄10 and 3÷11÷14) as they were doing inventory. I came from NJ and 1 ½ ride one way. So I waited for them to open. I was told by the owner she had called me on Saturday and left a message. We both looked at my phone and saw there was no call from her. She wanted to know the number of my phone and did it match the one she had written in the book at the time I made the class appt. It did. She stated she left a message. This much I know is true, I never got a message. Ok. I then learn she is closing the store at the end of the month. She offered to have me take the class then. I told her I had to go home as it was an 11⁄2 drive. I totally understand why the store is closing!

This was the first time I went to this bead store. I had a list of seven things I need to get. They had only one of them. I was the only one at the store and the girl at the cash register stop there on her phone the entire time. I went up to ask for help and every item ask for she shook her head rapidly that they didn’t have it. I was hoping for an apology or an offer to place an order for it for me. The store is more for the beginner beader or the 12-​year-​old girls birthday party not for an avid beader. I am really disappointed on the service the quality and a selection. I definitely would not recommend.
