One of the best things I have done for myself! I started 12⁄2015 and it has become a passion. I was looking for a new more gentle workout than the personal training I had done for years. Even the small group classes-mat or apparatus-feel like private sessions. There is attention to detail and the body mind connection has been a real bonus that I hadn’t been aware of. I haven’t had any back issues that I had when I started. I can see the difference and strength in my body as a result of my twice a week classes. I’m hooked!

I was so happy to find June Hines Pilates Studio! The instructors there are highly trained in the precise True Pilates method and very knowledgeable about body mechanics. Everyone is supportive and friendly. I always feel safe there, and stronger with every session.

I checked out the June Hines Pilates Studio in Doylestown because it was convenient to work and I made a resolution to get in shape. I had very limited experience in pilates previously(a couple mat classes and one introduction session to the equipment at an all-around gym). I am now a convert for two years and counting and recommend it to all my friends, family, and colleagues. The instructors at June Hines are terrific — patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Initially, I was taking one session a week(now I do two) without any additional exercise classes outside of pilates. I was amazed, and continue to be amazed at noticeable changes in my body image and my well-being, physically and mentally. Incredibly, with respect to my body image, others commented even before I noticed myself! Importantly, my new found core strength manifests in my overall energy, even in such activities as museum visits and shopping — I no longer feel that fatigue in the back of my knees and the need to find a place to sit after walking around a mall or a few galleries. Finally, I went from one class to two a week because of how great it makes me feel — my rationale is that there is no better investment than in one’s own health and well-being — in the case of pilates, I tangibly feel after each class, the benefit of my investment!

Love love love Junes Hines Pilates Studio. All of the instructors are warm, caring, well-trained, and supportive. The individual attention each student gets is unmatched, in private and in group lessons. I feel better, I’m stronger, and I’m happier since starting my lessons at this studio!

June Hines and June Hudson are wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and caring instructors at June Hines Pilates who deliver very individually-focused attention, even in small(3) group classes. They take time to adjust for your occasional injuries, and you always feel safe in their hands. The studio is a lovely, quiet setting where you progress at your own level in noticeable ways. My core is definitely stronger than when I started, and I see improvement in other areas as well. I really enjoy my apparatus classes here!

I started June Hines Pilates(in Rydal, PA) after I had my first baby in 2010. I was originally looking for physical results to get back to my pre-pregnancy body. While I did get physical results(I surpassed my pre-pregnancy body and went from a size 8 to a size 4), I was more surprised with the mental/spiritual benefits. June Hines has a studio in her home in Rydal and the environment is so positive, uplifting, and results driven. I call it my happy place. It is hard work, but I always leave more energized and centered than I did coming in. June Hines is an incredible instructor. She doesn’t miss a beat. She makes every second of your time together count, which is why I believe I have had such tremendous results. You will feel like you are in good hands. I have also taken class from her students — June Hudson, Annemarie, & Gregg. They are phenomenal teachers and their attention to detail makes class worth while. I feel safe with all of them and they always adjust workouts depending on the way I feel. I also just had another baby and 10 weeks post partum(going twice a week), I am back to my pre-pregnancy body and feeling great both physically and mentally. I would recommend June Hines to anyone and have gotten many of my friends/family to join.

My mother and I decided to try a duet pilates class together. We had the pleasure of having Susan as our instructor. I have to say… Susan exceeded my expectations! She is very detailed oriented; she emphasizes my strengths while improving my weakness’. She will work you to your full potential and expect more. The more time you spend with Susan the more she demands in an endearing way :) Within 5 classes, I notice an improvement with my flexibility and core strength. I also find myself striving to improve my posture in everyday activities. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Susan.
