This guy is great. Stayed open late in attempt to serve a private sale between me and Craigslist seller. Seller forgot title, drove to her house and back, the dude let me use his phone and make copies for free, had Insurance customer service numbers listed. In the end we weren’t able to complete the title transfer because Craigslist seller didn’t have title, we signed informal contract stating that the car had been purchased, he charged us $ 5 to notarize them, (I ended up meeting the seller the next day at a different place halfway to Philly to complete the transaction.) Would have liked to go back to Express, but it wasn’t workable. Prices were better than the place we landed at.
