I just had the best shopping experience ever! The young gentleman who helped me purchase a pair of shoes for spinning was, without a doubt, the most helpful employee I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, thorough, and nice. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is interested in anything «bike» related. The overall feel of the store was good — friendly staff, good energy, lots of selection, and just a nice place. Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed.

This place has outstanding customer service. The owner, Andy really cares about his customers! He will give you the best advice for beginner and intermediate riders of any sort! I bought my first road bike here, and their support has been outstanding always answering all my stupid questions and making sure every part of my experience with them and my new bike was perfect! I went to 5 other bike stores and I just had to come back to Lowe riders for their service because their the best!!!

Update, a year later: this place continues to kick all kinds of ass. Dropped off one bike for consignment, another for a tune-​up, and bought our eleven-​year-​old her first geared bike. The staff is enthusiastic and experienced — they really like their jobs — and the stuff is great. I heartily recommend this shop.

I am planning to take my 11 year old son snowboarding for the first time. So rather than spend hundreds of dollars on buying equipment, I thought we would rent first, to make sure it was something we want to do more often.
Went to Loweriders, and got everything we needed (board, bindings, boots, and helmet), for just $ 45 each. The people were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, sized us up, and we were done in 30 minutes. We can pick our stuff up the day before, and drop it off the day after.
This was a fantastic deal, and a cheap way to make sure its an investment you want to make. I would recommend Loweriders to anyone who is thinking about a new sport. They also sell stuff, and have a pretty good selection, so you can buy what you need if you prefer.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and its staff. We showed up around 11am (we were running late) and wanted to rent Skis and Snowboards. They pulled together everything that we needed including lift tickets in no time. They even helped us with our gear to the car.
I’ll definitely be back for more cycling gear and when winter comes again for my ski supplies.
