If I could have given this store a lesser rating, I would have. We were jerked around from the beginning with having to call and confirm delivery three times before it was scheduled. The night before delivery we received an email confirmation stating they would call but no call ever came. Morning of delivery we called to find out our entire order of three appliances was cancelled because the refrigerator wasn’t in stock. How did we buy something that wasn’t available and why weren’t we contacted? After that it was a nightmare dealing with the store to try and rectify the situation. No one would return our calls and the were not interested in giving us more than a few bucks off for our trouble. We cancelled the whole order and went to Sears and you should too! Working with Sears was seamless; working with Dtown Hh Gregg was incredibly painful.

Went to this store about 90 minutes before close on a mission to purchase a new washer and dryer combo. While waiting for my husband to meet me there, I looked around at a few different models they were having sales on. No salesperson was in sight for the first few minutes I was there. All of the sudden two of them descended on me from opposite directions like turkey buzzards to carrion! They proceeded to fight over me, right in front of me. I could not believe the childishness!(OBVIOUSLY they work on commission.) My husband arrived and they split up and each tried to pull us in opposite directions. They were all about helping(pushing us, really) until it became about 15 min before they were supposed to close. Then the manager came over and TOLDUS to start wrapping it up fast, because they were closing. This is an expensive investment for something we are going to hopefully have for many years to come, so I would have gladly come back once I did some research, had we not been treated like that. VERY rude, unprofessional, and immature and I will NEVER go back to this store EVER.

Only reason I purchased a vacuum from this store was because of price… the lowest I could find while doing product research. Good thing I did my own due diligence since the sales staff had no interest in helping me whatsoever until I approached the customer service desk to buy the vacuum. Then the sales person was rude to me, almost to the point of disdain/bias. I’ll add that the store was empty and three sales people were standing around, talking, definitely not working.

Rude manager. We purchased our dryer and waited 2 more days for delivery. Stayed home for the 3 hour window. Delivery guy says, do you have this part for your dryer? I’m the homeowner, why would I have it? Oops they forgot to give it to you. Do you have a stacking kit? Why would I, didn’t know I needed one. Oops you should have that too. And you will have to reschedule 3 hour window on a different day for us to install. So off I go to the store. Surely they will make this right. The manager proceeded to speak very rudely to me, over me and at me. Excuses, back talk and an attitude that somehow, I the consumer, was wrong! Not a single person available to come install this correctly, on the day you asked me to be here? Surely you could have made this right. And he proceeded to bad mouth the delivery people and their mental capacity. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. And by the way, the delivery people were polite, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Mike Ritchie, you need training in customer service and how to handle mistakes your store makes.

Went in looking to buy fridge, oven and microwave so we were going to be spending some $$. First of all I saw salespeople all over and not one asked us if we needed help. We then flagged one guy down who said he could not help us he was busy on the phone. The next guy also said he was busy but he directed us to their«lead salesperson». Mr energetic walked over to us as a turtle was passing him and then when he finally got to us I couldn’t understand a word he said as he was talking to the wall on the opposite side of us an was pretty much whispering. The guy couldn’t sell water to a well. We ended up going to lowes. I refuse to give business to such lazy unenthusiastic«salespeople»

Bought a new washer for my business and wasn’t told that they need to be stacked with the same brand. Instead of returning it I decided to replace my dryer too. Bought the same band and now have to deal with an extremely unprofessional delivery department. I was told that because It was for a business it would could delivered during our business hours. I was charged an extra $ 20 to guarantee a Sunday delivery. Perfect, until the delivery department informed me that it would be after my business hours. They also informed me that no one understands how the delivery system works and because they didn’t put the order in properly it could not be fixed. Very frustrating.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the service I received from one salesperson. This guy spent 10 minutes helping me pick out a toaster oven. When I walked in I saw 3 other sales people chatting with one another. Not this guy, he came right up and asked me if he could help. And that he did.
