Bryan was out here again to sort out a thermostat issue, within 90 minutes of our request for service. Prompt, knowledgable and efficient!

We had the pleasure of having Nate and Bryan inspect our heat pump this season. It was out first experience with DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company and it certainly won’t be out last.
1. Communication with the office was excellent. You were not left wondering when or if your technician was coming. It went further than that. My husband is hearing impaired and both Nate and Brian took the extra time needed to communicate with him. 2. Our inspection and maintenance was thorough and we felt a complete job was done. 3. We were pushed into having additional expensive work done. You know that awkward moment when you feel like you are with a used car salesman? That didn’t happen. We were given advice and shown what we could and should do immediately and what we could do in the future. 4. Parts were on the truck! No waiting for a second appointment. We were pleased to be rid of our 28 year old «vintage» thermostat and welcome our new one on the spot! 5. Meticulous and thorough technicians — polite and well mannered every step of the way. At no point did we feel as though they were there to just do a job. We were made to feel that our house was important and that the job they were doing was a good one. A huge thank you to Nate and Bryan for a job well done. We welcome DiBiase Heating and Cooling to our list of «go to» companies for reliable and professional service!

Joe and AnnMarie are great, along with everyone else. A few years, I bought my first home and went with the company that had serviced my home in the past. They went out of business and I switched to DiBiase and I am so glad! Competitive pricing and normally cheaper than the others and all around great service. I replaced my system in 2012 and I’ve been very happy with everything. Service is great and Joe really knows his stuff. Nathan also installed my system and has been out for routine service. He is just as good as Joe, knowledgable, personable, and a nice guy. I am so happy I found DiBiase and feel extremely comfortable with this company and all the employees.

It will be 2 years on ⁹⁄₂₀₁₂ that I replaced my 14 year old HVAC system with a new Rheem system. Took advantage of fed, state and peco credits/​rebates. I had estimates from about 5 contractors and Joe DiBiase was not the cheapest but he was in the middle where I generally like to be. Most bids you take the high/​low and throw them out. This isn’t so much about price in that I felt very comfortable with Joe. His professional and honest attitude shows easily. His Williamson trade school credential was a plus.
