Chester County OB-Gyn Associates

Today I had my first appointment at this practice. I was a little weary about starting with them as I read the dismal reviews from their West Chester practice. I ended up having a great overall experience! I gave four stars because I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (and I was there ten minutes early). Other negatives, when I called to schedule the appointment a few months ago the women was very short and almost rude on the phone.
However, today the office managers and secretaries were very nice and accommodating. I understand that a yearly exam is not ever fun, but Suzanne Richards was awesome! I am a nurse myself so I always love to see the NP’s in a practice. She had amazing bedside manner and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns, never making me feel rushed or hurried. This is my fourth OBGYN practice in three years– mostly because of moving, but I will be sticking with this practice (& Suzanne) for the future!
