They only care about your money not to help your student to improve, they bill you extra hours with no remorse. If you really need help improving your student academic proficiency try the library is cheaper and the tutors are teachers not here in sylvan they just for the money

I purchased a Groupon. I was so optimistic, until I was told my son needed over $ 3000 in tutoring. The 6 hours of Groupon was for homework assistance ONLY. The staff was very flexible and the tutors love kids and their jobs!

My child loved the teachers. Most of all the treats he was given after doing all his assignment. I think my child will give the staff a 5 star.
As a parent point of view: I love the fact that my child was happy but as a parent in making business with this facility not again. I felt like a dollar sign and I was promised things that the director never kept; I was never given copies of the enrollment papers which I asked for several times. I was lied to, the director said I was not able to get reimburse for unused hours when you can. My lesson learned… My advice is doing your research and finds alternative tutoring for your child, because this place is a rip off. Go at your own risk.

I just went for an interview here today and they were pretty much the definition of unprofessional. PLUS, they charge a boatload of money, but as a credentialed teacher I would only make $ 12/​hour. WTF. uhm, no thank you.
