why is there so many bad reviews for waiting time? There’s always gonna be long lines in a Starbucks and it is in a shopping center so you obviously know there is going to be a wait, I been too several Starbucks and so far this one is my favorite, great costumer service!

The service at this location is without a doubt always incredibly slow and with long lines. It puzzles me that they seem to have enough staff all the time during rush hour yet no one takes the initiative to help another coworker. Sigh.

Recently went back and my experience was way better then the last. This starbucks is right down the street from my house so it’s convinent for me. I love the way they make the drinks here they actually give you coffee and not just milk. I will def. Start coming back.

Can not complain first time going to this location and even being packed with folks from wall to wall to wall atmosphere was chill. The Batista’s made drinks quick and smiles from all the staff.

This is consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I placed a mobile order and the barista didn’t even see it until I asked her about it. She continues to make drinks for customers that got in line AFTER I mentioned it to her. They walk in after me pay for their drinks at the register and walk out with their drinks before mine! She takes her dear sweet time and sees how frustrated I am and doesn’t even apologize for her delay and not seeing my mobile order come through. AVOIDTHISSTORE!

Here close to noon on 12⁄19 and got kicked out of a table for their Holiday Party. I was a bit confused and the woman arranging things looked at me and said this happens once a year. I told her I understood that. I wasn’t expecting a bit of an attitude, but I don’t think she realized the place is packed with a really long line and no where to go. I chose this place because the Cerritos Starbucks(across the mall) I usually go to and have exceptional service at was a bit far. Next time I know to make my way there no matter the time and drive. It’s now been close to 10 minutes and still haven’t received my drink.

Genuinely Starbucks is a good place to study and enjoy a hot cocoa. Recently I ordered online with the Starbucks app, it is required you wait 4 – 8 minutes. As I waited the time I ran a few errands, when I arrived to Starbucks I was waiting for a barista to give me my drink, unfortunately I waited for this women to hand me my drink for over 10 minutes. Really bad customer service, bad people skills.(I originally thought I would be there less than 3 minutes because I ordered mobley).

This Starbucks have nice staff but unfortunately is in a very compromising area. It is dirty & is one of the smallest, tight lounge area I’ve seen as far as Starbucks I don’t know how anyone can sip their coffee & drink & relax here. The space is extremely tight. It is just like a «walkway» between the two doors it has. The bathroom door has a «lock», so NOW U KNOW what type of area & environment this location is. One time I saw a man spit into the hole for trash where you mix your sugar & creamers. Omy just simply nasty. Go elsewhere.

Horrible service! Long line and two of the workers were just standing there talking. They kept looking at the line but doing nothing about it. This is the closest store to my house but I’ll drive else where. Customer service is the biggest thing

Rudest Starbucks I’ve been to. I was next in line and the girl did not even greet me. I stood there awkwardly waiting for her to greet me or asked me what I wanted to order. Nothing. Just stared. It was beyond annoying. I asked for half and half but she said I had to pay extra for it, however, if I wanted it, I can put it myself at the self-serve area. How does that even make sense? I was charged the same as if I were to get half and half. I get it all the time! Ugh. Beyond annoying. Then I asked the lady what was the number for the code to the bathroom and she took the biggest deep breath and didn’t answer me. She just went to put the code in herself and walked away. Never coming back.

It is a café. Not a fast food restaurant. For everyone on here complaining about the time it takes to receive a drink. Take a second to step back and observe your surroundings when you are in the store. From the second you step inside, you may encounter a long line but the staff does everything in their power to not only get the line down as fast as possible, but also to provide the best personalized experience for each customer that visits this store. Yes they engage in conversation with their customers. Is that so bad. After all, what goes better with a cup of coffee if not good conversation. Should they treat everybody simply as a transaction because YOU are on a hurry. If u want a quick«coffee» go to McDonald’s. They ask questions to get a better understanding of how to customize drinks to fit that certain customers wants. In addition to that, there are those customers who are willing to pay $ 10 or more for venti soy quad 3 pump mocha 2 pump peppermint latte at 190 degrees double cupped with whip cream. Do you guys think these beverages take a few seconds to make. This is one of the best Starbucks in the district. It is not a matter of speed. But of service and quality. They do an excellent job in remembering their regulars and also making new comers feel just as welcome and appreciated as their regulars. Yes there may be 3 or more people working. But everyone is assigned different roles to keep the store functioning smoothly. One on reg one on bar and one to keep the bar fully stocked with ingredients, syrups, milks etc,… As well as make whips from scratch and maintain a clean store. They do all these things 1000000% to the best of their abilities . So if great conversation and Starbucks quality drinks come second to you behind SPEED, like I said there is a McDonald’s down the street. Where the frappes are at and the FRAPPUCCINOS are not.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Although it seems like the employees are constantly changing, I go often enough that the employees at the moment recognize me. Almost all of them have made some effort or another to get to know me as a customer, which is nice when you’re in a rush and they kind of already know what you order! There was just one occasion where I was left a little disappointed, and that was when Richard, for some reason or another, was being a real Richard(if you get what I mean). I can understand having a bad day or feeling stressed when there’s a rush but it really bummed me out that he had an attitude and was rushing every person in line to finish their order. Otherwise, I’ll stay loyal to this Starbucks as long as the employees keep being awesome baristas I’ve come to love.

Service was excellent here. Starbucks everywhere in general has good service unless you are unlucky and you get a real dick. But this place. The bartista went above and beyond. I ordered a iced green tea lemonade and a passionfruit lemonade for the little one. Given that Im pregnant and holding a needy baby who refused to walk. I didn’t have hands to hold our drinks since she didn’t want it at the moment. I asked for a cup holder and my bartista said they were out. But went to look for a box for me to place it in. And changed her mind and said a bag would be better. She helped me place both my drinks in the bag and added an empty cup just incase our drinks spilled while holding the bag. Excellent service and she definitely went above and beyond for me to help me comfortably out the store with no issues. Love this place and its my local Starbucks ^_^~
