Having a horrible experience obtaining timely qoutes, timely work, follow up. No call backs if delays. Looked for a promised email for days then called to find out quote was in the quote department after saying job to be done was of urgent matter! How can any business run on excuses and customer abandonment?

I visited PIP printing about a month ago inquiring about quotes for my business. At first I was very happy I found them because they were very polite and they seemed very professional. I gave them all my information and the lady at the desk said she will send me an email with all the information and quotes I needed. Two weeks passed and I had not received anything… not even a phone call. I decided to call them back and ask them why they haven’t sent me anything or called me, and I was told they will look into it (not even an apology for the delay). 2 more weeks have passed and still haven’t heard anything from them. At this point I’m taking my business somewhere else. What a waste of my time! And what a lack of professionalism from their part!

Fantastic company to work with! We had not changed any of our forms in years due to the fact that we were overwhelmed with the process. Pip Printing took our old forms and completely updated them for us without hardly any effort on our part! Had we known there was this kind of service out there we would have done this update long ago! We received the forms and they looked so great we already placed another order for brochures. Their customer service as well as their products are top notch and we are looking forward to using them for all our printing and marketing in the future.
