Really rude staff! My buttons were busted when pressed, and all they can say is that they are not responsible for the buttons and point to the sign. I was charged $ 5 to replace two buttons that they busted. Worse customer service ever !!

Reasonable prices. Then only reason that they get four stars is because I had to go three times to pick up my dress that needed a zipper replaced. After I went the first time and it wasn’t ready, the lady said she called me to tell me it wasn’t ready but she didn’t leave a voicemail. the second time the zipper had been sown too tight so she had to send it back then finally on the third visit it was ready with a functioning zipper! :)
