I’m updating review as I have returned about 4 more times for a mani/pedi. My first time here was great not only because of the treats but great outcome on my pedicure. As I came returning, I noticed the small candles were not lit anymore nor the same foot masks were placed like the first time. Two other ladies did my pedicure which I appreciate their kindness but the polishing was not so good.

I Loooove how all of these good reviews are based on the look of the salon or the fact that they offered alcohol or almonds, plantains etc. This place is a huge waste of money. It cost me $ 80 to get a mani and pedi, which I was advised at the beginning on my services. I was willing to give it a try and was not satisfied. The staff is very sweet and polite but also VERY inexperienced. The woman doing my mani had long stiletto acrylics on and I knew immediately there would be issues. She did struggle holding the file and filing my nails but in the end I had a very nice mani. They offer a honey sugar scrub with ur mani along with a moisturizer. This is what jacks up the price. Fast forward to an hour later when I’m at home I’m guessing the technician didn’t fully cure my nails and remove all the oils from the products from my nails because there were air bubbles and the gel nail polish peeled right off. The woman who did my toes was not wearing acrylics, she kept her natural nails and short. However, this did not help her with handling the tools. She attempted to clip my nails and was struggling holding and clipping my nails which were already short and only needed a filing. Then when it came time to use the cuticle nippers she failed again. I can only be grateful that I didn’t have an ingrown and didn’t really need much services besides a pampering. She was not able to maneuver the nippers well, it was like it was her first time ever holding them. I tried to give them a chance and see how my nails came out in the end. If my gel hadn’t peeled off I might have been able to say these girls just need more experience. But it was a huge waste. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this place. I can serve myself a glass of wine or mimosa at my own home without being charged $ 80 for the worst service. While I was in the salon I was also looking around and they didn’t seem to have any licenses for any of the manicurists posted up which is obviously a red flag. Didn’t seem like any of these girls went to beauty school anyways.

The BEST place ever. I am a customer since day one and keep going back every time! I love the fact that everything is sanitized and clean and they don’t recycle a lot of their stuffy, all disposable items they use on you are thrown away right after and not reused. Very luxurious and when you are there it seems like you just walked in to a completely different place. Excellent customer service from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Also, the fact that Diana, the owner is Latina and awesome is a plus!!! This is how we support our Latino businesses! I would definitely give this place 10 Stars!

I went to this spa the third week they opened. It was so appealing when I saw it on Instagram. Coming in they are great people! Really kind and nice. They make you feel at home with all these special treatments. BUT, as soon as they got to work on my feet I noticed the lady wasn’t experienced one bit. She had really long acrylics on making it hard for her to work. She also burned my feet with this wax treatment(i dont know if its wax but it’s pink) it was SO hot and unbearable. She really didn’t take much cuticle from my toes and that’s what I hope to get in a pedicure. She then started to paint my nails and it was as if a 5 year old painted them :(smudged everything and I didn’t say anything because she was too sweet. I just hope they hire professionals because this place is so beautiful.
