We are on our way here right now and I saw the first Unilocal commenter say that the address is Lakewood Blvd as opposed to the Apollo Way address that’s listed. I called the store and it took 4 times to reach someone live ugh! I finally got someone and they said that since the iPhone maps app doesn’t pull up the Apollo way address, they give customers the 12 214 Lakewood address to direct them nearby. I’m putting a photo up to give you a visual. This was super frustrating but hopefully I have a good experience and can update with more stars!
UPDATE: WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Such a huge selection of floors — we bought a porcelain tile. AMAZING prices! Fantastic service. Olive helped us during our trip and she’s wonderful and knowledgable. She even pushed the cart for us bc I was holding our baby and my husband had the stroller. She also let us take the tile outside to see them in natural light (I’m posing a picture of the tile we chose). The store has tons of employees working and every customer had an employee with them — totally different from the Home Depot experience.
Ps. They have a special deal going on — 18 months financing 0% interest if your purchase is over $ 999.

Amazing service! We were assisted by Joaquin as we chose our marble. He was very pleasant and helpful. The unfortunate part was we had to return to re-​select our color. This was a tremendous amount of loading/​unloading. Fortunately, we had Kevin L helping us and he was awesome. Such a great store to shop in and the customer service is outstanding!!! We will be back!!!

This store has an amazing selection of flooring products. I’m a little skeptical about their return policy, but I will continue to refer my clients here due to their large inventory. The store manager Brian is very accommodating and has an excellent understanding of customer service.

address is wrong so i called and was instructed to use address as 12 144 Lakewood Blvd in Downey. Good thing it’s not that far from Apollo way.
This place is the Ikea of tiles, wood & stone floors. It’s humongous. Large selection of everything you can imagine. Very organize and clean. Everything is labeled and samples are just within reach. They have in store gallery which was awesome.
Angel Martinez helped us. He was great and stick with us the whole time. Very polite and engaging. Thank you Angel!
We will be back for the next project!
