Everybody knows what to expect when you order from Domino’s pizza. I’m yet to find a mom and pop pizza in Southgate that I like. I believe that mom-and-pop pizza places are the best. The staff was friendly at this Domino’s pizza. The pizza was just OK. But it arrives fast. So therefore only three stars for this Domino’s pizza.

Never encountered such an unprofessional management individual as Brian the Manager on Duty September 29,2015. My partner made called in Dominos for a two medium pizza special at 5:10pm.The employee who took our order gave us a 30 – 35ETA. 6:00pm came and I was a bit merciful that I had my partner call dominos to inquire on a status update. Once again Brian said the driver was near the area and our pizza would arrive within the next few minutes. I was really compassionate about the hour wait as many external things(eg. traffic, access to complex) could have delayed the drivers ETA. However, 6:45 pm came and no knock, no call, no nothing. For the 2nd time my partner called Dominos and Brian assured that his driver had made it to our complex but was crossed over on the opposite side of our complex, which shouldn’t have taken no more than 5 minutes to reach our side. I remained calmed until that 7:15pm mark came. We had been waiting for more than 2 hours from our initial call. This time around though, I personally spoke to Brian confirming his status at work. He was the Manager on duty and I briefly told him about our unprofessional experience. He didn’t seem to sympathetic to our wishes instead he gave my partner a rude response«well if you answered your phone then you’d have your pizza.» His claim was that his driver had tried contacting us multiple times. False claim of course. Any how long story short I ridiculously waited for 2 hours to receive an unethical approach to my problem from there unprofessional manager. The end result to this bad experience was a delightful order from pizza hut who seemed to have an efficient staff. Definitely will not invest in this store ever again. Dominos higher up management should recruit a more suitable person to run the show at this store location: 10948 Imperial Hwy Ste 104.

This dominoes is awesome — we buy from them pretty often(let’s say twice a month or so haha) and the pizza delivery guys are always professional and courteous. The food is always warm and they delivery pretty quickly. I seriously have nothing bad to say. The only thing I felt I needed to share was I am vegetarian and I ordered veggie pasta and there was a piece of chicken in there. It’s a bummer and I know that things like this happen but try to look out for meat falling in the pasta D:

Long overdue review! About 5 years ago, I had the worst pizza experience at this location so I made a complaint to the corporate office(something.I’ve never done before). After a few weeks, the owner contacted me and offered to replace my order for free. His sincere apology is the only thing that changed my mind about giving this place another chance because I was completely done(GREAT customer service). Since then, this location has replaced Pizza Hut as my favorite pizza spot. The quality has improved tremendously!!!

Ordered online 7 −19−15 and got really fast delivery. Too fast! Pizza was not cooked, crust was doughy and wet! We could not eat it at all. Won’t order from here again.

Worst Dominos experience ever! Majority of our brooklyn style pepperoni pizza was stuck to the box and falling apart. Disgusting to have to eat cold and soggy pizza! Never ordering from here again.

They sent my order to the norwalk location for some reason unknown to me. They did not offer to rectify their mistake and the pizzas they pulled out for my order were burnt. dominos has officially lost my business. I have always preferred them to pizza hut but now im going to have to fine another place to get halfway decent pizza from. Fuck you, Dominos.

No complaints about the service or delivery or even the food… just upset they charge you a delivery fee(other places do not) plus no more extras! If you want red peppers or cheese you need to purchase a small container from them. I guess they got rid of the small packets… I guess not making enough money Dominos!

It’s Wed July 23, 2014. I placed an order more than an hour ago and still no pizza. I finally called Domino’s regarding my order and was told they were busy and was waiting for the Stuffed Cheesy Bread with the spinach & feta. WTF. It does not take that long to make one pizza and warm up some bread. So, I patiently waited until my order came and the delivery man finally came. I do not know whether to blame him or the people working there, but regardless of whose fault there is NOEXCUSEFORTHELATENESS. We live literally 5mins away and it would have probably been better to just place an order at the store. To make matters worse, MYDAMNPIZZAWASCOLD. The only crunchiness I had was the burned parts of the pizza slices. I felt like I was eating leftover pizza from the day before. When I say that I am dissatisfied I am serious!!! Then I recalled that they had the commercial about being so many minutes late that the pizza should be free. I looked it up online and even asked the delivery man, but he only commented about me calling the manager to get credit. I did exactly that! The manager working was Eddie. He told me that I would be given credit, which I hope is true and will use to determine whether they are honest. I am still unhappy with my pizza being late and the pizza they supposedly called made fresh being leftover quality. I am still having second thoughts about this Domino’s Pizza, but I will claim my credited order. If I receive the same service and cold pizza then I will surely complain to management. As customers we deserve to be 100% satisfied and served better food. Therefore, I am expecting better everything the next visit.

We called in an order and then went in to pick it up. Everything was fine at first, pretty quick turnaround, the lady working there was pretty decent, asked if we wanted napkins. I said, sure, and some red pepper. Now, I’ve been to a few chain pizza places that claimed to not have red pepper. Pretty skeezy. Not the case here, exactly. They have red pepper, but no complimentary red pepper. The only way to get it is in a little shaker for $ 1.25. Domino’s is probably my favorite widely available pizza chain. But if they’re going to be that cheap, what else are they skimping on? Cheese past the expiration date? Cockroach fell in the dough? Just to make it clear, I have zero evidence of those last two theories, just making a point. The pizza tasted like any other Domino’s I’ve had, which is pretty good. But there’s plenty of other decent pizza places out there that don’t charge you $ 1.25 for(probably even less than) 10 cents worth of red pepper.

the pizza was great, the crust needed a tiny bit more cooking(a little bit doughy) but all in all very good. Hot Hot Hot, fresh, and the delivery was incredibly fast! I have been a customer for this location since I can remember. I dont know what happened over the years but when I order online because the staff that answer the phones don’t seem to want to be there when they answer they have the nice greeting but the way they say it says a lot. Last month I ordered my usual which includes cinnastix which are amazing in taste. But however I ordered 2 extra icing cups but when I checked my order the extra cup wasn’t there. I told the delivery man about it and he apologized but didn’t bother to fix the issue by going back to the store to bring me what I paid for and he accused me of lying about paying for it. I know what I paid for and I get an email confirming it everytime. I called and asked for the manager and the woman who answered first said to hold on then claimed that she was the manager and stated that and I quote«she forgot she was manager cause she was recently promoted» i dont know how you can forget you’ve been promoted. Not only that but she was very rude so I asked for the real manager then was passed on to her and she gave me her sorrys which I’m thankful for but it didn’t seem like she knew much English. Finally after about 30 minutes and my food was cold they brought the icing to my door like they should’ve in the first place. But as a manager you should be able to take the blame for your team keep them in check and make sure that they do their jobs! Poor service Disappointment It shouldn’t be the customers fault that the manager isn’t keeping their employees in check and that the delivery man didn’t make sure the order was correct before taking it out of the store! Probably going to ask for the District Managers number or email next time! Thumbs down.

I’m used to having stinky rude pizza delivery guys deliver my pizza from Pizza Hut. To my surprise I got a very polite and smiling Clean professional guy drop off my pizza! What a pleasant surprise, he said his name was Ralph. Domino’s will always have my business from now on. THANKSFORTHEEXCELLENTSERVICE, RALPH!!!
