Hahahaha, I can see why they have a 2 star rating. Customer service is horrible the cashier insisted on speaking spanish to me even though I chose English(This is still USA right ?) When I asked for jelly they had a puzzled look on their face and gave me Salsa. WTF. And when I asked for a plastic knife to cut my hard as a rock biscuits and gravy, the manager says they dont have anything like that. Really? ?? This location definitely needs help from corporate. I’ll still go to Carls Jr. Just not around here.

Absolutely incompetent workers. I cannot have any dairy at all and I was still given cheese on my burger. The ONE thing I said not to put on there and yet they took out the lettuce and onions and tomatoes. My girlfriend’s bun was so soggy by the time we drove the 2 minutes it takes to get back to our house that our money was wasted and we had to throw it away. Cold ruined food for someone who is lactose intolerant. Train your people correctly please.

I guess some people don’t belong being managers supervisors or leaders. I went in and the cashier could not give me my change, because she had no change to give. I said to her well call your manager.(On Wednesday at 2:30 pm 7÷1÷15) He tells me he has no keys to open safe because keys got locked in. Well what kind of leader is he? Can’t he go across the way to see if they would be kind enough to give him change or go to the bank. His title on name badge said General Manager. So I walked away without change. I wonder how many other customers did the same. Terrible management. I understand accidents happen but it’s how you solve problems that make you a leader. They could have just given me a quarter and be short by 4cents.

This place is horrible — HORRIBLE customer service. We had to wait almost 10 minutes before order was taken — line was already getting long. There were crew members going past the cash register but did not pay attention to the customers waiting in line for the orders to be taken. This place doesn’t have a drive thru — no excuses for the very slow service. On top of that, the person who did take the order did not have any customer service skills at all. Very horrible experience at this location. I will not come back here ever again!

I had horrible service at this location. I ordered just two cinnamon pull aparts and waited about ten minutes before noticing they were putting a lot of bags into boxes for a large order. I asked the girl who took my order if I was behind a large order and she said yes your pull aparts will be ready in 9 minutes. So in total I waited over 20 minutes for two little baked goods. Other customers were also complaining about waiting for a long time. The staff should have given us a heads up to the large order ahead of us aside from learning how to multitask large and small orders simultaneously. C’mon guys get your act together

Excellent service, place is very clean. The staff is exceptionally attentive. It’s hard to believe that this is a fast food restaurant. I met a friend here for a quick discussion on the U. S.‘s military aid to Egypt given the current political climate there as well as recent human rights violations. My friend was hungry and ordered 2 superstar combos and a huge drink. He is a big guy(former NFL middle linebacker) I had water which oddly enough several Young female employees seemed delighted to bring me refills. Unfortunately, due to the noisy Hereford customers, we were unable to hold an intelligent conversation. Geez, why do obese young women find it necessary to be loud and obnoxious as they are chewing their cud? Really? This restaurant seems to attract many from the same herd.

There’s something about«you could have died had you not come in today» that makes you crave a burger and a milkshake. Long story short, I was in Downey for an emergency operation and kinda hungry after defying death or maybe I was still in shock. The cashier seemed to sympathize with me. Maybe it was the way I looked. «You look like a zombie.» Thanks. I almost was one. «What are your specials for today?» A buck for the chicken sandwich. Awesome. That’s all I’ve got because my wallet is somewhere I don’t know at the moment and all I’ve got is cash… When you’ve been at death’s door, everything tastes good so maybe this review is biased. Maybe I’d think differently if that wasn’t the case but the spicy chicken sandwich was OK, not perfect but just what I needed to celebrate being alive another day. Woohoo! The milkshake was so-so. The facility is clean and food is quickly served. They even have a place outside for you to charge your electric vehicle.

Burger bun was stale on the corners, lettuce was old. Fries were stale and half cooked. $ 1.00 debit charge but credit is free. The law states that merchant(credit card machine companies) can charge a maxium of .45 cents per debit card swipe. This carls jr is making $.55 cent PROFIT for accepting your card. I will never visit this carls jr again. Take that you cheap franchisee owner!

$ 6.19 for a «small» Turkey burger combo! Carl’s Jr. has always had a special place in my heart. When I was a kid my father would tell us that Carl’s was better than McDonald’s because it was char broiled, etc. I remember that way back in those days the burgers actually had that special char broiled taste. This isn’t the case anymore. Btw I could not stand their ads that glorified sloppy burger eating. Dressings disgust me and so does that it’s tough — as in cool — to eat a burger image they tried to portray… Anyway this Carl’s is guilty of LAMENESS on two counts. 1. It has NODRIVETHRU and 2. they charge $ 1, yes, ONEDOLLAR if you use an ATM card!!! Today, as I looked at the little card swiping thingy on the counter that was«proudly» displaying«$ 1ATMFEE» I told the cashier, «Now I remember why I never come here!». She replied, «It’s free if you use your credit card!» By then it was too late, I had already paid in cash, which I try to reserve for emergencies. In reality, their should be no charge when you use your card. In times like these they should be grateful we are coughing up cash on their little meals when we could instead be at home eating our own self made meals. It’s not like we come here to experience the most divine culinary ecstasy or anything. We are doing them a favor so why do they not kindly return it? Anyway, the meal was good and it came quickly. This location is clean, etc. Before I leave I would like to pose a deep philosophical question. How do you solve the«small, medium or large» sized meal dilemma? I mean, if you say you want a small meal because you want a small cup since they have a self serve soda machine and there is no point in getting a big cup and paying more — you have to end up with a small order of fries. What if you want a large order of fries but a small cup for the reason just mentioned? Do they actually charge you more if you get a big cup even if they have self serve soda fountains? Oh well, this Carl’s is the closest to me so I guess I will keep on appearing…
