Few months ago I walked into Ashley fox in Cerritos and the service at that location made me come back for a special event that I’m attending too next week, I was very sad to see that location is no longer there, I Unilocaled to see of other locations and this Location was the nearest to me. When I walked into the Downey Location I was amazed in how big of a store it is, its jewelry heaven for us women, the staff was so nice here but 3 specific staff members made me want to write a review again, Anthony and Latice and Gab all I can say is WOW! From the minute I walked in to the last second I walked out the door I felt welcomed and understood I’m so happy in the selection I chose with the help of Anthony and latice for 54 $ I have enough jewelry to last me thru my holiday outfits this year. I will come back soon to buy gifts to all my employees. I can’t stop saying wow on the staff amazing and it is sad they are closing this location too I might come by and do some recruitment for my sales team. If you are looking to accessorize for these holidays come see these guys here great prices great customer service. I am a happy camper

It would be nice if they told customers certain items are final sale before you buy them so you don’t spend an hour looking for something to exchange it with only to be told you can’t exchange it. Ridiculous.

OMG! This store is pretty awesome. I’ve walked by it several times and finally went in. Scored some awesome rings at a sick discounted price. And I’m talking seriously cute stuff that I’ve seen well over priced from certain direct sell jewelry companies.
I will be going back as I could only get through part of this store… there was just SO much to look at… seriously fantastic selection.
My only «complaint» was how many times we were approached by the sales team. They were definitely attentive but dang… I personally prefer to peruse at my leisure. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and I will definitely be back!
