Terrible! They started our repair, after a two week wait for parts, then were not able to complete the repair since one of the parts was not correct. Once the re-ordered part arrived 1 wk later, it took another week to get on the schedule. Then it was the wrong part again. Now 2 wks later, no one will return my calls, they«expect the part» next week. Never trust them!

I called them to repair my washer. The motor was fried. Bruce was our tech. Great service overall. He was fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. Not to mention, they offer a 5 year warranty and you don’t have to pay extra for it. That’s worth it to me.

*** RIPOFFALERT *** Called them for a dryer problem and it took all of 5 minutes for Bruce to replace a fuse in the back of the machine. Charged me a little over $ 200.00. That’s not a typo. $ 200.00. Obviously the repairman gets a percentage of the charge. I would go someplace else as they are obviously more concerned with emptying your wallet then giving a fair price and getting return business.

Had a broken refrigerator/freezer and called them up. They came on time, had the part(some type of circuit board) in stock in the van and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. Can’t really ask anything more from a repair man — Price was OK —- anytime you call a repairman, you know you’re gonna pay a grip for their time. Wasn’t too high, wasn’t too low — just what you would expect… To me, the most important thing is that they come on time and they fix the problem on the first visit. Mission accomplished on this repair!
