Bless Char of United Limo. My son was going to Argonne from Westmont Station.
However, he missed his stop on a cold Chicago evening and he had to back-​track. I was frantic and called Char. She had the driver wait for him for over an hour, and she called me to reassure me a number of times.
God Bless her and her company, I recommend this company wholeheartedly!!!

my wife had her secretary book a limo for us (downers grove to o hare — 20.3 miles), you can imagine my surprise on saturday morning when i glance at the print-​out sheet that they are charging us $ 134.86 for a one way ride, not including tip, the flight to florida was only $ 160 for a one way trip, am i wrong for thinking that is overpriced??? on the way back used another company– $ 44, do you think in the future i will ever use united again, NO, i would rather walk ! i guess it is my own fault for not booking it myself, dont make the same mistake i did.

I’ve been using United Limo for a few years now for all of my business trips. I have always found the drivers to be prompt and polite. Sure, some are chatty, but I honestly don’t mind that. And when you book the reservation, they’ll ask you if you mind sharing your ride (for a discounted rate). I’ve never been late for a flight, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pick up from the airport because they keep tabs on any flight delays using your flight number. I travel about 5X/​year, and no complaints so far! Great service, good people, nice cars.

I used United Limousine for a trip from O’Hare to Argonne. It was pretty easy, the limo picked me up outside of baggage claim 10 minutes after I called the number, and the driver was pretty courteous, if a bit too talkative to my taste. My only criticism: if I’m going to pay for an eff-​ing limo, I’d prefer not to have to share it with anyone (I was informed we had to pick somebody else at the next terminal…): next time I’ll just take a taxi, and the day I want another tour of the greater Chicago area I’ll take the Supershuttle…
