It feels odd to give such a raving review to a laundromat because I never would have expected customer service (period). Coin free, friendly and fast. The attendant welcomed me, showed me how to use the equipment and helped me save money too. Mind blown.

I took 2 rugs to be washed at this laundromat. I brought my own fragrance free detergent and specified that we do not use products with fragrance. I picked up the rugs the same day and put them out. My house smelled like a laundromat/​dryer sheets the next day. I had a horrible headache and traced the problem down to the smelly rugs. So I called them and let them know and they gave me a number to call. My call was returned later that day and they told me to bring them back to have them re-​laundered. They were very kind about fixing the problem but also said the smell could have come from the machines. I have taken these rugs in myself, 2 other times to other laundromats and washed and dried them and never had them come out spelling like dryer sheets. $ 42 and 4 trips to the laundromat and I still can’t use my rugs. I will have to take them to another place. Very disappointed!

It has been a very long time since I needed a laundromat, but I am downsizing my living arrangements and moved into a place where I don’t have my own hookup.
Looking around locally I was not too thrilled, so many complaints, but this one seemed reasonably nearby and with no reviews I thought I would give it a try. I was surprised when I got there because it was much larger than I expected, looked new, and was very bright and clean. They are completely coinless, which is nice since I don’t have to haul a load of silver around. They have a variety of sizes for the washers, so I didn’t have to pay for more then I need.
The staff was friendly and helpful guiding me through things my first time with this system. I will probably be using this as my regular wash destination.
