Best hair cut ever… I had to change to a new hair salon and was a little worried. Paula is great and a lovely lady

I have been getting my hair cut and colored at this salon for over 20 years. Paula is professional and always has done a great job that keeps me coming back. She has great recommendations and knows how to work with various hair types and styles, as I have had everything from up-​dos and comb-​outs to hairstyling for special events. I have sent family members to her, and they have all been happy with the results. Even though I moved out of the area a few years ago, I still come to Paula’s salon when I’m in town.

Paula Pinkerton Salon rocks! Owner/​stylist Paula does it all from cuts & color to facials & waxes. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 yrs, ever since I asked my neighbor where she got her hair cut. In fact, most of Paula’s clients have been word-​of-​mouth referrals, which says alot about the power of Paula’s talent and style. I get compliments on my hair all the time! Make an appointment now, you won’t regret it!

After my first cut and color w/​Paula, I thought I’d found my ‘long term relationship’ with a hair stylist. The second cut, not so. I called her for a do-​over, which she did. Third cut, decent. This last cut, horrible. She didn’t listen to what I wanted (leave length, just take out bulk, open it up, texturize). She was distracted while she cut, totally screwed up my hair where there are cowlicks (after I clearly brought them to her attention last time). I walked out with a short ‘old lady’ bubble cut. Hate it and when I called her to express my dismay, all she said was ‘well, in the winter, hair doesn’t cooperate anyway but if you want to come in, I’ll take a look at it.” Any other hairstylist would have apologize and asked me to come back to get it fixed. So, right now, I don’t like my hair but it’s too short to even try to fix it and my cowlicks are sticking up like Dennis the Menace! Seriously.

Paula is awesome. I’ve been going to her for years — always perfect — everytime.
