Panera

I always get chai tea lattes from Panera. This location does not know how to make any of their drinks or sandwiches, frankly. After spending 20 minutes of attempting to have the barista remake the horrible drinks, I had to leave. Drinks were still horrible. Attempted to escalate this to the manager, Bill, who insisted they were fine because they’re made the «usual» way and stated he can’t offer a refund. He then requested I return to restaurant, completely out of my way. Horrible food, drinks, and horrible service. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different location or another restaurant — Corner Bakery!

Horrible service! Who ever did training on making the sandwiches and drinks needs to revisit this Panera. Even when I requested to redo my food and drinks, they still weren’t able to get it right. The only thing left to do was for me go behind the counter and make it myself. The manager there is useless and doesn’t understand customer service. All the new construction and advancements are being made, but they can’t get the basics right.

This place is so hidden. But it’s worth stopping in. The sandwiches are yummy. My dad loves the soup, he says anywhere else he gets soup his tummy gets upset. I love fresh sourdough bread and the chocolate chip bagels. Although the last time I was in I asked for some bagels sliced and placed in a plastic bag, so we could have for breakfast. Sadly, they were not. Grew hard, and had to throw them out. :(

The bathrooms are much much cleaner. They’ve bighered a completely new staff it seems. Great service. Very friendly and polite. Quick food return time. But priced just a litttttle for what it is.

We had a lunch catered today and it was awesome! The manager convinced us to order a pasta salad with our order and it was one of the most delicious pasta salads that I have had in a while.
The catering was quick, fast, organized and yummy. The customer service was excellent and the prices were adorable for big groups.
Great idea for a quick lunch option for large groups.

If you have ever been to a Panera Bread, you know how good their baked goods can be, this is HEAVEN.
The soup is yummy and sandwich with it makes the meal. Great for a relaxed atmosphere stop in and eat meal. The quality is always good. Food is fresh and wholesome.

My aunt and I stopped by this place for lunch on a Wednesday and boy, was it super crowded! The line got even longer when we were eating since it was around noon time and you can tell that all the people are employees from nearby businesses on their lunch break. I got a panini and my aunt got a salad and we were able to easily get a booth.
The food didn’t take long to make because all the employees were working hard. My panini was decent and nothing too spectacular, same quality as other Panera locations that I have eaten at.
Besides local employees eating here, I also notice students were eating and studying here. It does get loud during peak hours so I wouldn’t suggest studying here (they do have wifi) unless you don’t mind the loud background noises.

I’ve been here to eat with no problems, but trying to pick up a catering order turned into a mess! I arrived at 7:35am on a weekday, and the line was nearly out the door. I waited just under ten minutes, only to be told that I needed to pick up my catering order at another counter (that wasn’t marked, «Catering»).
Upon walking over, the woman at the counter walked away, and finally after another five minutes, she came over… only to say she didn’t know where my order was.
Naturally, it was back at the other line, and I had to go back over to get it. What a mess.

This is the messiest Panera I have ever seen, food all over the floor and tables in disarray… It’s not even busy either… Clean this place up– yuck.

Standard panera but not in a bad way. Large and quick with the food. I have noticed that the prices have been raised. Especially on the pick two combos. At this point if you get one of the premium salads or sandwiches the price is well over $ 10 even without a drink. At that point you might as well go to a restaurant. Overall tasty but prices starting to be an issue.

I love eating at Panera. It’s really too bad that this location is the closest one to my house.
I have a problem every time I come here. Today, I placed 2 orders. Both were wrong. I ordered 2 asiago steak sandwiches, and got 2 turkey sandwiches on foccacia bread.
I ordered a bag of chips for one sandwich, got a piece of bread instead.
The screw ups don’t even come close to what I ordered. I speak English and don’t mumble, so I’m not sure how it got so f’d up.
Not coming back to this location.

Wifi didn’t work and they got my order wrong. I know this is a chain but come on guys it wasn’t a complicated order. I paid too much for them to get this much wrong.
Manager gave me a gift card for $ for half of my order. This made things a little better.
