David is nice and honest and if he knew he couldn’t do something, he didn’t pretend that he could — a big positive. I don’t think he is as skilled as some other handymen, and he ended up taking twice as long as quoted for 6 jobs, and was only able to do 3 of the jobs. He charges by the hour and charged for the full time here — even for the jobs he was not able to do…

David is also ethical, clearly wants to earn ‘return’ business he doesn’t take a one-​time fly-​by-​night operator approach to the relationship.
