Worst customer service around. Management could care less. Submitted a copy job to be completed. The order was not completed on time and they did not bother to call to let me know so I drove there and waited an hour for only 1⁄3 of my order which had to be mailed out due to a deadline. I had to go back THREE times to get my completed order. No discount offered or approved when I asked. They are either severely understaffed or just don’t care about the level of service or product they turn out. I will NEVER use them again for copying needs. I would rather drive to Portsmouth to have it done right. The Manager could give a crap… BEWARE!

One stop shopping for copies, fax, biz cards and office supplies. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Prices are good also. I come here all the time for all my office needs.

I recently purchased a number of small items and received a free shopping bag of which 3 items(thumb tacks, pen, card holder) did not make it into. The sales clerk put my fist items into a plastic bag then told me to grab a free reusable bag located behind me. That’s where the remaining items went and never gave me the plastic bag with the missing items. I returned and inquired with the manager and asked if he would view the purchase via my visa card. He said he could not and the items would have been restocked. I returned a 2nd time and had him print my receipt via my Visa card. He simply refused to help in any way possible. Its not like these items were of significant value. How ridiculous to think I’d make this up for $ 15. I will never shop at any staples again.

Two stars for doing what they do well. Anything you want for office supplies, you can find at Staples. I’ve even found things there that I didn’t know existed, never mind wanted. Now, however, I only go when I need one of those oddball things that no one else would carry. Staples used to allow you to trade in empty ink cartridges for $ 3 each. Awesome deal! Then, I guess in order to force you to carry one of their cards, you had to sign up and they would mail you a credit. I hate all those store cards, but at $ 3 a pop, I’m in! I turn in $ 27 worth of cartridges and wait. After a couple weeks, I called and asked if there was a problem. No problem, they said, just keep waiting. So, like a naïve little consumer, I did. About a month later I called again. I was told they had mailed the credit to me. When I told them I never received it, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if they could track if it was used or not, thinking that would prove I never received it. She didn’t know. Was there anything she could help me with? This conversation was going nowhere. I could only picture a large breasted blonde woman with her feet up on the desk blowing bubble gum and doing her nails while she talked on the phone. She finally wore me down with her lack of knowledge and customer service skills. I am embarrassed to admit it, but I just gave up. I didn’t talk to a manager. I didn’t go to the local Staple’s and cause a scene. I did nothing. Sometimes in the face of such immensely poor customer service, I lose hope that somewhere, somehow there could be at least one person in a company with common sense struggling to survive against all odds. So, I just cut my losses and walked away. Oh yeah. You know that reward card I had. This was an excellent opportunity to try out my new shredder I bought at Officemax!!!
