Service was horrible. To go order was wrong and employee walked away as I was questioning it. Then a different employee came back several minutes later. Also they were out of vanilla ice cream so could not get my full order. I was charged sales tax but when refunding my money I just got the amount of the item. As I was questioning employee walked away again.

My wife and I were here again today. Wonderful experience dining in. This time we tried the 2oz. crab balls and BBQ chicken and fries. We love the pit beef so we both got that as well. The crab balls were crispy on the outside and were flavorful and moist on the inside. Great crab flavor and I was happy to finally find a crab ball as good as they make in MD in PA. The BBQ was flavorful. It had a good smokey flavor that wasn’t too over powering. The chicken was very tender. The fries are crispy and soft in the middle and were flavored with just the right amount of seasoning. The pit beef was excellent! Thank you for reading my review. This this is based on my personal experience and opinion.

My fiancé and I love finding new places for pulled pork and brisket. We visited around the time they first opened, sadly we were very disappointed. Honestly my fiancé makes better.

Best brisket and pit beef in the area! Better brisket than I’ve had in Texas even. They are still kind of new, but the quality has improved greatly. The fries are fresh cut and THICK– delicious! The ice cream is reported to be the same as sherry’s before but it doesn’t taste like it(chocolate is all I ever have).

We had hoped for a BBQ experience to rival that of the original southern BBQs that we love. We were sadly disappointed. First impression walking in the door was a jumbled layout and unkept dining area. Both the young ladies working behind the counter were very pleasant. We ordered a beef BBQ and a brisket BBQ sandwich upgrading them to meals. Our bill was roughly $ 22. for both. The drinks were large ones and the fries would have been good had they not been oil soaked so much they bent in the middle when held up. The sandwich rolls were fresh and of a good size. The BBQ was okay, but nothing spectacular and both sandwiches were cold. While we were there someone came in to order soft ice cream. They were asked if they would like it in a dish because it was really soft and melting down the cones. This is he beginning of May, a rainy day in the 50’s. Apparently the ice cream machine isn’t working either. Hopefully it will be fixed before ice cream is in demand. Otherwise they’ll be serving it as milkshakes. First and last visit.

My husband is a bbq afficionado and is constantly on the lookout for the best stuff. Often our expeditions result in disappointment. Not today! Rost BBQ is an unassuming, side-of-the-road, family-run establishment with no frills. A closely attended smoker is right around back. We ordered the Barn Yard Sampler, which allowed us to taste everything from their brisket to their ribs to their pulled pork and chicken. Nothing disappointed and the ribs and brisket were amazing. The brisket had a nice, thick layer of bark, the dark outer portion of meat for those who don’t know it’s supposed to be like that. Ribs were tender but not mushy and the sauce used to adorn them was not the typical sugary, sweet sauce found in this area but a delicious, herb infused, slightly spicy(not hot) treat. After we ate the ribs I was eating the left behind sauce with a spoon. Pulled pork is near and dear to my heart it’s my favorite food to make on my Weber kettle and I do it several times a year. Therefore, it is difficult to find a pulled pork that lives up to my expectations, RBBBQ’s pulled pork is good and with the Aporkolypse sauce and Southern Belle sauces was quite tasty. The pulled chicken was good especially when paired with the Alabama white sauce. My 9 year old macaroni and cheese conessiour gave the mac and cheese a 5 out of 10 rating but he ranks Blue box mac and cheese the best so take that with a grain of salt. Now to the part that really sold me on Rost Brothers. We got our meal to go and when we got home with our food realized that we were missing the pulled pork and the chicken. I called to report the missing food and they made it right by delivering the missing food in about 10 minutes. I was very glad they rectified what could have been a reason to never return. Thanks to Travis who delivered the food and the pit masters who made these delicious smoked meats with care and dedication.

Great pulled pork tried it with the Miss Piggy BBQ sauce awesome we’ll be back. This is our second visit we ordered a smoked turkey and pulled pork sandwiches, one word that describes both is AWESOME!!! We tried two of their delicious sauces Southern Bell and Aporkalypse excellent on both sandwiches. Of course we finished up with some soft serve vanilla and soft serve peanut butter ice cream, a great way to finish the meal. In addition to the great food the staff is both courteous and friendly. If your in the area you should definitely give it a try you will be glad you did.

This is the real deal BBQ. Family run restaurant. You can eat-in, walk up, drive through and, if you live close enough, get home delivery. Loved the RBQ Burger. A burger and pulled pork. Perfectly cooked burger and delicious pork. We also tried the smoked turkey and the pit beef which were also wonderful. Cooked perfectly, flavorful, and juicy. There are four house made BBQ sauces ranging from sweet to spicy. Hard to say which was our favorite. And then there were the French fries, hand cut and cooked to order when you order them. They were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside seasoned perfectly. We then got ice cream to top off our meal, hard pack Cappuccino Crunch and soft vanilla/chocolate swirl. In short wonderful food and a happy competent staff. Do not miss going there.

Good BBQ! My husband and I tried the pit beef and pork BBQ, and both were fabulous. We also ordered the brisket because it was available that day. Oh my!!! The brisket is glorious, tasty, melt-in-you-mouth yummy! We had some ribs, and they were good. Not the best ever, but very meaty and tasty. I tried a chicken leg quarter, but I didn’t care for it. My husband liked it. The best part is that Most Brothers kept the ice cream menu from the previous occupant, Sherry’s Ice Cream. We left very happy!
