Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey

I fell and broke my ankle and while in the hospital I was told to see an Orthopedic Specialist.
I came to Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey. I had been here before for other issues and I was very happy.
I saw Dr Abraham Rosenzweig. He was very nice, patient, and he answered all my questions. He even asked how I was feeling and if I was in any pain. I was first put in a hard cast, then Dr. Rosenzweig put me in a boot bc the boot makes it much easier to get around. I was advised to elevate my foot and ice it on and off along with taking anti-inflammatories…I must admit this is very, very painful… The pain killers helped a little too. I saw Dr. Rosenzweig again for a follow up visit. He was just as nice and again answered all my questions.
The staff was very friendly. They immediately checked me in and got me a wheelchair bc it was much easier to use instead of crutches. I only had to wait no more then ½ hr both times. This was amazing bc I saw a different orthopedic several times years ago and the average wait was at least an hour or more.
There is a large parking lot and the office is on the main floor. This made it easy to get in and out.
Dr. Rosenzweig has really helped me to get through this rough time.

Went this summer with my boyfriend after he broke his arm. I should begin by saying the only reason for the second star is because the doctor was competent enough to put on a cast. Here’s the deal:
— We felt rushed every second we were there, like the doctor did not have time for us.
— It was my boyfriend’a first broken bone and he had questions, which the doctor not only did not listen to, but also failed to answer.
— We returned to RI where we are in law school and visited another orthopedist after the recommended 5 weeks only to find he was not in the proper type of cast and was in it for too long. Unreal.
Do yourself a favor: research another doctor in NJ or come to New England.
