I’ve been going to Lafesta for many years now. It’s always been my favorite place to go for a quick and cheap bite to eat. The pizzas are very good! I recommend going in for a few slices rather than ordering a full pizza so you can find your favorite type! My favorite is either the spinach and mushroom or the cucamunga!

Lots of choices of different slices at this joint, complete with a super friendly and genuine staff. Great for a slice, any time!

Dear la festa, I’m writing to you from Long Beach, California. It’s officially been a year since I left NH after 25 long years as a Dover native, and one excruciating year without you. I once lived above Brown&Brown, merely footsteps away from you mouth watering buffalo chicken pizza. I walked to your front doors through the ice storms in 2011, and hiked over the 36″ of snow dumped on the east coast January of 2015. I’ve used your pizza as a form of currency to bribe my friends into helping me move from my apartment. You encouraged me to maintain 2 gym memberships, one of which I was reunited with you on the first Monday of the month; there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you for you reminded me what it felt like to fall in love again when you brought your cannolis and cinnamon knots into my life. I don’t know how I’ve made it this long without you; and yet, it is now 2016 and I still find myself 3,500 away from some of the best pizza in the world. I beg you to open a location in the West Coast. I’m surrounded with nothing more than the horrific artificial cheese croutons produced at little Caesars and the 2 for $ 7 stoner deal on Celeste pizzas at the grocery store. Anyone who has anything bad to say about you must not know what it feels like to be without you and to live in a state that’s littered with C average pizza places; a state where chuckecheese’ pizza is considered acceptable. La festa, the west coast needs you, I need you, please save us! Xoxo

BESTPIZZAINTHEGAME! BYE, DONE, NOCONTEST, GOODDAY. Okay but for real, I dream of their pizza on a regular basis, and their garlic knots(insert drool puddle here). I can’t really find the words to tell you how amazing their buffalo chicken pizza is, simply perfect will have to do I guess. Never a disappointment, will forever be their biggest fan ;)

If you know one restaurant in Dover this is the one to know. Awesome pizza by the slice or by the whole pie. They do brick oven or New York style. They have an awesome variety of pizzas by the slice ranging from traditional stuff to more«out there» stuff. All of it is good though. The garlic knots and/or cinnamon knots are just sort of the icing on the cake. They have a lot of good beer on tap and by the bottle too.

La Festa is delicious, there is no doubt. By far one of the best pizza places in the area… but definitely the most expensive, as well. The Chicken Carbonara pizza… good lord it’s delicious! I’ve tried the Greek and it’s amazing, too. Heck, even just the cheese is pretty darn good. The atmosphere in the pickup area itself is lacking, although I don’t think it’s their fault– they are just always super busy during peak times. If you want to eat in, sit in the adjoining dining room for a little more peace :) I don’t love the garlic knots on their own as much as everyone else seems to– every time I’ve gotten them, they are not quite cooked through the middle. But I really want to try the garlic knot crust pizza because I think THAT would be amazing! La Festa would get the final star from me if the price came down a bit. As it is, it’s our«special occasion» pizza.

Delicious pizza — lots of interesting variety. Quite a mob scene with lots of young families(the time I was there) but they seem to move that tables along quickly and efficiently. Be sure to try the garlic knots.

There are a trillion places to get pizza in Dover, but none can usurp the king. La Festa reigns eternally. Newbies, make sure to memorize what slices you got for when you get to the register, or suffer the humiliation of trying to describe the new whacky slice du jour.

Living a short walk away from La Festa is dangerous! Their pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had– not just in NH but across New England. You really can’t go wrong when it comes to their pizza, but my personal favorites are: white buffalo chicken, Bianca(white pizza with ricotta), BBQ steak and bacon, and garlic knot(crust is made of them!) Their garlic knots are addictive and they have a great beer selection. It does get crowded at lunch and dinner time, but the lines move fairly quickly.

I hear many good things about this place, I stopped by with a friend recently and I found it to be on the expensive side. The tables were all dirty and so was the floor. For the money that they charge for average food one would think they would at least keep it clean.

If I could live on a fold up cot in the kitchen of La Festa I would. I want to be as close to this incredible pizza as I can possibly be. You can’t go wrong ordering a few slices(mix and match baby!) but a whole pie isn’t a bad route to go either. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I can easily eat more than any human should in one sitting. The sandwiches rock. The salads are great. The knots are out of this world. Do yourself a favor, get over to Dover NH and eat this pizza!

This is a classic spot where I’ve met up with friends for years now. While of course you can order by the pizza, the by the slice option is quite popular and what I normally do. I suggest buffalo chicken, though almost all options are a win. One must also try cinnamon or garlic knots. They are a delicious La Festa staple.

After seeing this place on phantom gourmet I came to check it out. Got two slices of pizza and one of them was the garlic knot pizza, definitely the better of the two. Recommend that one. The pizza pretty much melts in your mouth. Crust that is not garlic knot is pretty bland, but pizza still good. Also got a few garlic knots and cinnamon knots which were awesome. I’ll definitely be back to check out some of the other slices and get some more knots.

My favorite pizza place on the seacoast! So the pizza isn’t for everyone, but you have to go here at least once. The atmosphere is cool and unique and you have tons of options! Pros: I love the pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza is awesome. The garlic knots and cinnamon knots are amazing and I would go here for them exclusively. They have a lot to choose from and service is quick. Inexpensive, generous portions. Cons: I’ve seen a menu, but when you go to order, they have an array of pizza slices behind glass that you chose from. No descriptions. Also don’t know how long it’s been sitting there/how fresh it is. You also have to tell the cashier at the end of the line what you ordered, and when you may not even know what you ordered because nothing is labeled… See the problem? Also, the white pizza is tasteless except for the over abundance of red pepper sprinkled on it. The buffalo chicken pizza should come with blue cheese to dip.

I moved up to NH from Brooklyn, NY. This is the closest thing I’ve found to NY since living here
