Jennifer charged over $ 1,000 for a crown that was completely unnecessary. She also found 3 cavities that I found so perplexing, I got another opinion. They told me at the 2nd opinion that they found no evidence of cavities and that«it’s a very subjective art» as to whether one dentist feels there may be decay, and another one doesn’t. X-rays were taken. I highly suggest you find someone else unless you want to pay for unnecessary procedures.

Absolutely horrible dentist! Do not let her or her team near your mouth. They don’t take the time to do things right and fast-pace every aspect of their dental care. I went here for three years because there wasn’t any dentists in Dover with better reviews when i was looking originally. In those three years, they screwed up my bite by over filling a cavity, did the same to my 12 year old son’s bite, and we had to come back twice each to get it fixed. Went in with a mild pain and after her«fix» went home with extreme pain for two weeks. I went back in and their next«fix» made it worse! Now I have daily headaches, tooth pain on one entire side of my mouth, and I cant eat anything cold or too hot. On top of that, when I refused to pay for horrible service that’s way more expensive than other dentists, they slapped a 35% «collection fee» on to my bill and reported it to my credit. Every single time I’ve gone in, I’ve had some used car saleswoman recommend whitening, or mouth guards, or veneers, or botox; freaking botox! I’m a grown man for god’s sake. They care nothing for your health and more about pushing expensive add on’s onto you — slimy… She is a complete quack! If I could give a zero, I would…

Really disappointed. Dr. McConathy recommended Botox 30 seconds after meeting me for 1st time — didn’t know anything about my personal or financial situation(it’s cosmetic, not covered by insurance, and quite expensive). Also said I needed 7 fillings(more than I’ve had in the last 5 years of regular dentist appts!) and the cost was ~$ 300. I decided to have a 2nd opinion re-exam at another office, was told I needed fewer fillings, and the cost was considerably less ~$ 150. To be fair, this office did create a positive environment initially, gave me a tour, and provided a «goodie bag.»
