Good luck finding «13 Washington St», unless you feel like swimming in the Cocheco river. Not sure if this is an inside joke or social experiment, but it’s a lame one for the people who wasted time trying to find a non-​existent place.

I am a super fan of bubble tea, and I am glad to have this store in Dover NH! I got the Honeydew flavor. Dustin was quite nice, the place a bit small but what do you expect from a place named Dustin’s Basement. The tea itself was quite good, but I give this place a –1 Stars because Dover is full of hipsters, and they have definitely invaded this bespoke tea spot.

Described as, «an intense tea-​bubbling experience», I did not think much about ordering «Dustin’s Deluxe». That was a mistake. I wasn’t ready for it, and the intensely refreshing flavor was too much for me. Not recommended for your first time. Would I order the same again? No, but I have no regrets. The memory will last a lifetime. Dustin’s Basement is the pinnacle of superior tea technology.

I was finally able to stop by and try this place! I’ve never had bubble tea before, I can’t believe I lived so long without it! My husband and I will be going back asap. The only thing I can recommend is some sort of «Buy 9 get the 10th free» punch card-I’ll go through a card a week!

Could not find the store. Walked all over downtown dover and it was no where to be seen. Tried calling the store for directions and no answer, don’t know if they’re still in the area?
