Here’s the typical Dixie Cab experience: you call them asking for a ride and they tell you it will take 15 minutes. 30 minutes go by, so you call again. They say that they’re very close by, and it should only be another 5 minutes. 15 minutes go by, so you call a third time. They tell you that they are very close, and should only be another 10 minutes! 20 minutes go by. You give up.

I was initially satisfied with the cab service, the lady was nice and the price was decent. I am currently rating low as when we called to be picked up we were told 10 minutes and she never showed up. When we called the number back she never answered.

The(place explicit word here) cab driver– was inpatient, RUDE and abandoned us at 2 am when we had called in advance for a cab to take us from our rental agency to a bus terminal to get to the airport. He arrived early, didn’t feel like waiting because it was the end of his shift, we were practically in eye sight of him getting gas and he left(we were on the phone telling him we were just getting gas, when he left and hung up)! It’s not easy getting a cab in NH, its not NYC, not to mention at 2 am. We missed our bus to the air port and BARELY made it to the flight. Barely as in SPRINTED thru security. what«Marc J» forgot to mention is that Dixie Cab is his business, so I would hope his employees would be friendly and on time for him. Unilocal — «real reviews by real people». Marc J– you are absolutely mistaken with everything you just stated, not sure where you got that from, but it is false. We are very considerate girls– we are accustomed to using a taxi service in a much larger city. We expressed our gratitude for a 2 am ride. I knew it was a short distance, we were prepared to over tip graciously. I don’t use Unilocal to needlessly bash peoples business. This is childish– act like a business owner and not a teenage kid. Who goes on Unilocal to call a patron a «loser»? — great business ethics. You may as well just given yourself 1 star review by acting so childish. That itself tells patrons all about your business.
