I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and was supposed to have them delivered on Friday with Valentine’s Day being a Saturday and all. Long story short, she wasn’t at work that day so I thought I was doomed. Thankfully, Dickerson’s re-​routed the delivery when I called them that morning and delivered them to where she was actually located. I have had such bad customer service in the past with flower companies and this is the first good experience I’ve had, I’ll be sticking with Dickerson’s.

I ordered flowers online for my parents anniversary. The process was simple and well described. I ordered them with just a couple days notice and they were delivered on time and the bouquet really turned out amazing. Its tough living far away and missing family events like this but their quality and attention to detail really made my parents happy. Highly recommended!
