Last year, I used this very same location and had a bad experience. After calling it in the 1 – 800 number, the agent immediately took care of the situation and gave me a voucher that pretty much paid for our moving truck. Because of that, I decided to give this store another try and I was not disappointed. We picked up the truck on a Saturday afternoon and returned it within the next 24 hours. The employees were very friendly and accomodating, and the guy that took back the truck from us was also very pleasant. The store was clean and the trucks were good as well. The only thing I wish can change is the mpg their trucks have! We had a 17″ and that big boy guzzled 7 miles to a gallon! whew! but other than that, I highly recommend!
It’s right off the exit … avoid pick up/​drop off around rush hour since their location can be hard to get to during those times. Happy moving!
