Tile & Stone Express

I placed a simple online order (I have been renovating my kitchen so have been dealing with a lot of companies and vendors) and this was one of the few who shipped me what I ordered, did so promptly, and most importantly PACKAGED everything correctly so that nothing was damaged in transit. Perhaps the kind folks at Tile & Stone can go over to Woodmark and show them how to ship a simple wooden board!

It’s been a while since I’ve written a review, but I felt compelled to for these guys. I had a great experience with them.
I found the tile I needed online, called to see if it was in stock and «purchased» it online — which actually means basically requesting a quote. They contacted me first thing in the morning and confirmed the quantity, the shipping costs if I wanted it shipped and said I could pay by phone or come to the store. I was going to pick it up within the next few days, so they said they would hold it for me and I could pay when I came to get it.
Over the course of the next few hours, many things changed with my order — my contractor was going to pick it up, so I called back to pay by phone. Then I needed to add some items and called again and they were able to quickly add them to my order. Basically I was high maintenance, and every time I called they knew exactly who I was, what my order was and helped me with very friendly service.
We got the tile and everything looks great. They provided excellent service, and I’d definitely go check out their store or website again if I needed more tile! Their price for my specific tile was competitive to others I found online and cheaper than Home Depot.

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Great prices also. Huge selection of stone and ceramic tile. They offer design services and also work closely with several area contractors many of whom have displays of their work in the store. They will also store your purchase until you or your contractor are ready for it.
