Just stopped here, my bf had an oddly-sized item he needed to ship for work. It took them a minute (well, ok, several) to get it right. But they actually cut down a box and repackaged it in order to ship the item.
FedEx (which we stopped at first) told him flat out they didn’t have a box that it would fit in. Hmm… after visiting UPS, seems you were either too lazy or thinking too much «inside the box» to come up with a solution… Either way, I’m not impressed.
