I went in to get a mani and pedi with gel nailpolish. When I looked at the menu it did seem a little bit pricey, but I never thought that they would be adding $ 20 extra for the gel polish and that was only for my feet. When I asked the lady why was I paying $ 43 for my pedi she said it was $ 23 plus $ 20 for the gel polish and that it had been that way for six years. I guess they charge that much to cover the water bottles they offer people which I didn’t even take. I will not be returning.

Today I visited the nail salon with my sisters. It was my little sisters very first mani pedi and the girl did a great job with her I was pleased with the girl that did my nails. She did a great job and was very sweet. Unfortunately the lady that did my other sisters nails was not so pleasant. She had the worst attitude the whole time and was rude. She acted like she hated her job. My sister asked if she would add just clear glitter to her polish as a top coat and she said it would be $ 4 extra. That’s kinda silly we thought. Maybe it wouldn’t of been so bad if she had better costumer service. Also there really wasn’t hot water and we sat with our feet with cold water for about 30 min. I will be back only to take my little sister because they were great with her and had kid seats.

It’s a good thing that we first world women can find places of pampering on almost every corner, strip mall, indoor mall, and in every city or even the most rural of places. Conversely, not all spas are created equal. Luxury Nails & Spa has gotten the bulk of my business for two years now. This full-service spa stays busy every day of the week. I have my favorite spa technician that I prefer, but so does everyone else, so I rarely get services with her unless I book an appointment. However, I haven’t had a problem with any of the other available techs and utilize them all on a first serve basis. The work is always to my liking. The aesthetics accommodations within the spa leaves a lot to be desired. But, they are hospitable in that they always offer customers a choice of drink(bottled water, can soda, and even wine depending on the occasion). They provide cable TV to watch and the use of individualized spa chairs for service(one other place uses a super long couch perched above a pedicure structure and for short people like me can prove uncomfortable sitting the way you have to after awhile). Luxury Nails & Spa prices are comparable to most other spas of their kind. They use OPI and other popular products are customary in this spa. I will continue to frequent this place because I am pleased with this business overall.

Worst nail service I have ever had. I called to make a appointment and the man told me it would be $ 15 to get my gel full set removed along with a manicure. They did not soak off my nails they ripped them off with another fake nail. I asked her to soak them off and she say it would take too much time(I had no where to be). It was extremely painful and it ripped off parts of my real nail. I was complaining how bad it hurt the entire time and considered walking out but tried to get through it. I couldn’t even get a color because my nail hurt so bad they put a «strengthener» on my nail. It looked like regular clear polish. I was charged $ 20 to be put in pain. All the workers were playing a card game behind me. Horrible experience.

My fave nail place in Douglasville, I’ve been going for over 2 years and only had one or two bad polish experiences.

Got a basic pedicure and it was the worst. Nail polish was clumped on the side of my toes. Also the chair they sat my mom in was completely broken so the messager was hurting her back. Never will go back

Ok I just left this place today and I am very upset. First off I go here for my eye brows and Kelly is awesome. That’s the only reason they received 2 stars from me. Secondly I took my daughter and one of her friends to get their nails did for her birthday. While talking to one of the manager and asking prices she’s talking on the phone and talking to me at the same time. She was also rude as if I could not pay the price. I just simply think its ridiculous for $ 27 for a pedi and mani on kids just to sit in bear chairs. I still paid this price and yet in still. One of the chairs did not work the massager was broken and the DVD player was missing. Well isn’t this the whole point of why I have to pay $ 27? You would think because of this they would discount, right? Nope, no discount no apologizes. They were just rude and didn’t care. I am so upset I am debating on continuing to get eye brows done there but I so love Kelly.

They can be a tad bit pricey with the luxury pedicure costing 50 but very worth it. They do have a variety of packages to chose from for every price range. The luxury package includes sea salt, leg mask, and paraffin wax. Another great plus is they have kiddie chairs for the young ones with DVD setup so they don’t get bored. I have been here around 4 times now and very happy with their services.

I LOVE this place. I’ve been getting my nails and lashes done here for a year now. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They strive to make sure each customer feels special. I often get numerous compliments on my nails and lashes. I’ve been to other nail salons in the area and nothing seems to measure up to Luxury Nail and Spa. I really appreciate how they stay informed of all the latest trends with nail care. My nails are very important to me. I don’t entrust them to just anyone. Yolli P
