I can’t complain about the quality of the stock, but the owner either needs to hire someone with customer service skills or take a class. He is moody and from time to time outright rude. As a Navy Vet, I have been to places around the world that protested my presence; but I would hope to feel welcomed in a place of business in the country I helped protect. This is the most convenient shop for me but not the only shop in town. You would think the owner would make you feel welcomed at the prospect of making a sale.

My boyfriend and I came in here to get a few cigars and relax and have a smoke. After buying 5 cigars, we started to walk to the back. But one the guys up front said they were about to close. This was at 5:00 pm on a Friday. So we left, but noticed the store hours on the door said they were open until 8:00 pm. We thought it was weird, but went down the road to another cigar shop called Cigar Box. I had a weird feeling, so I called this place back and asked what time they closed and the man answered 8:00 pm. I’m not sure why they didn’t want us there, but I’m pretty sure it had something to do with the color of my boyfriend’s skin. This was my first experience with discrimination, and I guarantee we will never go back!
So if your looking for a great place to smoke, this isn’t it. Go to Cigar Box. It was a great place with friendly people. We felt right at home.

Worst cigar shop I have ever been in. The owner has one of the filthiest mouths I have ever heard on a human being, And he was very rude, I will not go back.

I ended up coming into the Cigar Depot every night after I found it. Met a lot of great people, shared stories, smoked cigars and, did I tell you it is BYOB? Bring in a couple of beers or a fine Scotch to wet the palate.
J.D. directed me toward an excellent cigar which I burned to extinction (see my photo, that’s J.D. In the back ground.
I also ended up purchasing the Lampe Berger air purifying system. My wife absolutely loves it! I spent about four hours a night at the Cigar Depot and my clothes barely smelled of smoke!
Howard was also very helpful and had great stories to tell. My only regret is I have to travel 1,000+ miles to see them.
In my previous post I mentioned I travel all over the world in my job. I hit many cigar lounges until I find one that keeps me coming back. You are lucky to have such a fine establishment nearby. Definitely check them out.
