I had not played this course in years. Got the opportunity to play early this week. The course conditions were spectacular. The maintenance crew and club manager deserve a lot of credit. The tee boxes were clean and neat. The fairways look as though there had been blown and gave a lot of roll on impact. The greens were rolling fast and had filled in true/​firm. The sand traps were soft. No complaints on this day.

This course is well laid out, challenging and part of the Canongate group of courses. The greens were re-​done this summer and they role true and fast.
