Ah-​Mazing customer service, EXTREMELY affordable pricing on everything from merchandise to medications, to medical supplies. This place is a hidden gem for those on a budget. Like most when I lost my job, I also lost health insurance, but the pricing on my medications here has been a life saver compared to other pharmacies around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Apothecary is a small pharmacy located in a medical complex in Douglasville. My girlfriend has been going there for years because it is close to her work. She is a single mother meaning her two children live in two households about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Sometimes, we do not know what day the children are going to be at either place. Because of this, we cannot always get the meds from location to location, nor should we have to. The obvious solution (suggested by both the boys’ doctor and the insurance company) is to have double prescriptions.
Insurance and her doctor are fine with this, but the pharmacy will not fill the prescriptions because they are afraid of being audited or some other thing. I cannot believe that she is the only single mother in this situation. The literally rejected every attempt by the children’s physician and the insurance company to come to a solution.
They should be ashamed of themselves for refusing to help a single mother trying to get the best medical care for her children. If I could give zero stars, I would have.
