I think the biggest thing KBC has going for it is that there aren’t many(if any) competitors of its kind in Dothan. It’s a nice lunch spot. The food is pretty good, but it is definitely too pricey for this city. The catering is similar – decent food, but severely overpriced.

Brisket is delicious! So are all of their sides and macaroons!!! Kelsey is a great chef and has a great team for KBC catering, deli, butcher and bakery! Great restaurant also.

Best place for brunch in the area! The staff is friendly, the eclectic setting is welcoming, and it’s the grits and redeyed gravy keeps bringing me back! There have been inconsistencies at times with service and set up, but one thing that you can be sure of, is that the food will always be great!

Unique spot in Dothan! Gives someone a break from the heady chain restaurants. Great place for a casual lunch — nice seating inside and outside. Friendly staff and vegetarian options. Definitely will be back for lunch.

Went back for lunch and was far happier with my meal! Better service too. The Oinker burger was delicious.

Stopped in for lunch, girlfriend raved about it ahead of time. I completely concur with her assessment, place is a local treasure and needs more support. I recommend the burnt ends sandwich or three little pigs. Outstanding selection of wines, great Bloody Mary bar, good beer and the best sandwiches in dothan.

Amazing! Across the board all 9 members of our party loved everything! Their food was unbelievable and they were so accommodating. We found them by searching online while visiting the caves nearby in Florida and it was well worth the 45 minute drive!

We recently discovered KBC at lunch time and have really enjoyed their sandwiches! We usually have a hard time deciding between the brisket, Reuben and Italian sandwiches, because they’re all ridiculously yummy. As long as you get one of those three sandwiches, you’ll definitely be a happy camper! Make sure you try the potato salad, as well. Thanks KBC!

Been twice. First time they gave me a different dressing on my salad than what they told me was on it. I was allergic to it but didn’t realize until after I ate it. Big no no! Then 2nd time I ordered my meat without cheese. Also allergic. When I told him, he looked back at the order he wrote and saw it was in fact without cheese. Apologized and took it back. No big deal. Then he brought it back just a short time later and I could see melted cheese along the edges, indicating he just scraped it off. Not cool. Especially for the price. Won’t be back.

Great deli style place for lunch! Nice ambiance and great food which is a league away from the usual Dothan fare of meat &3’s and chain restaurants. Try it!

Thanks to Unilocal,I came across KBC. After reading the reviews and taking a look at the menu… we decided to give it a try. I’m so happy we decided to! I loved everything about this place from the décor to the open kitchen! The place was clean, staff was friendly and the food was flavorful and fresh! It’s honestly the best place we’ve been to in Dothan! Being from Texas, we surely appreciated seeing brisket on the menu! My husband enjoyed every bite of his sandwich and I throughly enjoyed the French Dip. The bread is made from scratch, toasted perfectly and the prime rib was sliced just the way I like it! This place made my day and we’re already planning our next trip! Oh! Almost forgot… try the macaroons… super yummy!

Just left from lunch there with my husband. Let’s just say that we loved it! The décor is so rustic and pretty. I had the trio(chicken salad, potato salad, and vinegar coleslaw with toasted bread with pimiento cheese) delicious and packed with flavor. My husband got the an Oink burger and it was massive, moist, flavorful with a side of veggies that tasted amazing. We will be coming back. We live in enterprise but we would go out of our way to come back for sure. Great quality and wouldn’t change a thing except for location. I wish it was next door to me haha

Stopped through Dothan on our way to PCB. Found this gem. Ridiculously good! The group I was with got the Cuban, the brisket, the porker and the butcher’s bite. All were ridiculously good. Go to this place!

Kelsey, in addition to being an amazing caterer, serves a great lunch. Thanks for sharing your delicious food with Dothan. This is the kind of upper crust lunch spot that we’ve been lacking.

3 stars in a bigger city. Great quality and flavor… big city prices. Definitely the best market in town. My local family loves the meat/butcher. We are visiting for holidays. Nice place to stay for lunch. Wife and I had the burnt ends sandwich(on special for $ 14.99) and the cuban for $ 10, and both come with choice of sides. Burnt ends sandwich was decent portion, great toasted bread and cheese, but couldve used more beef considering the $ 15 price tag. It wouldnt fill up a hungry man, and was borderline too much bread. Should be an $ 11 sandwich as-is(especially in Dothan). The cuban was a good one. Nothing to drool over(cubans usually arent) but it was tasty, good bread, quality meats, etc. Again, probably should be priced at $ 8.50 or $ 9. Hopefully I can go back and try the brisket sandwich before leaving town… guy at counter said its best(except the special was this day). Potato salad is good, high quality ingredients… maybe a little dry. Its not the traditional type found all over the south, so dont expect a gut buster with overpowering flavor. Kelsey(owner) has done a good job and I applaud her for doing this in Dothan. Great little market with wines and other small brew beers from what I briefly noticed. I know beef prices are high these days, but the entire menu seems to be 10−20% overpriced unless they make the portions a bit bigger(which is always a good idea in the south). Dump pepsi and get coke fountain. You wouldve made $ 2 more from me.
