Rude. Unprofessional. Vindictive.
Wife saw a doctor two days before Xmas, and he left after sending her for MRI, without giving the pain RX he had mentioned. Also promised to transfer to another doctor since he was off for next 2 weeks. Following week, we go in to ask about seeing new doctor, told it was impossible. When we went to a competing facility, they were rude about releasing the records and deliberately took over an hour to do so.

The lack of professionalism at this clinic amazes me! I waited over an hour for my appointment at which time I walked out and asked to be rescheduled and was given a date over a month out… the two previous appointments with this clinic where scheduled out just as far in advance and every single one I was called to reschedule to move the date further out. I get that Drs get busy but if you are over booked stop taking patients and stop wasting people’s time if they aren’t going to be seen at or within a reasonable amount of time allotted to them for their appointment
