Great stuff mushrooms are mouth watering. I love the bbq rib pizza. BBQ sauce red onions and short ribs top this pizza with a southern charm. Awesome atmosphere. Décor is modern but clean. Zac was a great server. Will definitely be back.

To start, we ordered the bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, and poppers. After putting our order in, our server came back to let us know that there were only two shrimp left. She said the kitchen was still preparing them for us(at no charge) but asked if there was something else we’d like to order instead. We decided to go with the Fire Stone cheese sticks. The shrimp we did get were excellent, and the stuffed mushrooms were a close second. The cheese sticks were like any other cheese sticks, only made out of Monterey Jack instead of mozzarella, served with a watery marinara sauce. The poppers were very nearly a complete fail, the stuffing supposedly being crab but tasting entirely like breadcrumbs. For entrees, our friend went with the fish tacos, I went with the Cajun angel pasta, and my husband decided to do a half-Fun Guy and a half-Hawaiian Delight pizza. Our server brought out the tacos and pasta at the same time and said that there had been a mix-up in the kitchen, delaying my husband’s pizza. That seemed to explain the sitting-under-a-heat-lamp appearance that my pasta had. Not a huge deal, I mixed it all up and took a bite. I actually winced, that is how salty it was. The cream sauce was just so excessive, in addition to being excessively salty, that it overpowered everything on the plate, which is a shame because both the shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly as far as I was concerned. I don’t know what flavor profile the chef is going for, but surely it isn’t to mask the taste of the actual food, is it? Hubby’s pizza eventually came out and looked like really nothing special at all. For a restaurant that has«wood-fired pizza» in the name, you’d think that it would be a little more aesthetically pleasing. The description on the menu listed«cherries» as an ingredient on the Hawaiian Delight, which is a bit inaccurate. There is a huge difference between«cherries» and«maraschino cherries out of a jar» — which is actually what was on this pizza. He didn’t care for it, and I refused to try it because maraschino cherries gross me out. The Fun Guy, I did eat a piece of, and it was good. I enjoyed the thin crust but was expecting something, I don’t know, a little more gourmet than button mushrooms(which the menu also failed to specify). The fish in our friend’s fish tacos looked to be blackened fish sticks, which yet again was not accurately described on the menu. He said it was good, but not $ 22 good. Lastly, I must comment on a cocktail I ordered. As soon as I saw the BLT Bloody Mary on the drink menu, I wanted it. It arrived at our table with an old, sad-looking piece of bacon along with a thick SLICE of tomato. We all had to laugh at it. Note to the bartender, maybe some cocktail picks with cherry tomatoes may improve the presentation of this drink. It was also incredibly salty, and I could not drink more than half of it. The menu certainly looks to be a foodie’s dream, but Fire Stone’s execution the night we visited was almost a complete miss. Maybe later in the evening on a Sunday is just not an ideal time to dine there, and while I think it does have potential, I don’t think we’ll be back. While the service was pleasant, for the price, the food just wasn’t worth it. That is disappointing given all of the other fantastic reviews and delicious-looking pictures from other reviewers.

Great food! Huge servings! Really good sweet tea! My wife and I went here for a lunch date and we were more than impressed. The wait staff was very friendly and professional! Firestone will find itself in our dining out rotation. The $ 10 lunch special is a great value with the choice of a pizza, salad, or soup and it includes a drink! I highly recommend this place when visiting downtown Dothan!

I am impressed as I am a world traveler. I did not expect to have a decent menu in Dothan Alabama. We are not talking 4 star but the appetizers are delicious. Recommend the lamb. I had half fig and half philly pizza. GETTHEFIG. It is yummy. I went with the pizza as they had a decent variety. I could have gone with regular plates but I was told to try it. Recommend here if in town.

My office mates and I eat at Firestone at least once a week and we love it! You can’t beat the lunch special with pizza, salad and drink for $ 10. I’ve tried several different pizzas… and love every one of them. The Supreme is probably my favorite. Their house salad with the pecans, dried peaches, and blue cheese is amazing. We’ve always had great service too! Sometimes they’re really busy at lunch and may be a little slower it it’s always worth the wait! And the best part, although we can’t partake at lunch time… they have Folklore beer on tap!!!

One of Dothans top 5 restaurants. Great euro style pizza and a hot spot for lunch. Their chicken part is worth a try and the beer selection is first class as well.

Fantastic food at a more than reasonable price. A regular diamond in the rough. Enough choices to satisfy most. Broad selection of wine and spirits as well as the local microbrew. Had a large half and half pizza. Italian stallion and Greek pesto. Delivered to the table in less than 15 minutes. Cooked right in the dining room for all to see. Disclaimer: not the usual American style of pizza. Thin crust, fresh ingredients.

Falafel was delicious; not at all dry like some can be. We got half Italian stallion and half Greek pizza. Both were delicious though I particularly enjoyed the Greek. Our server was attentive and prompt. The service was very fast; hardly had to wait for our pizza and we enjoyed watching them make it right in front of us. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place, totally threw me when I drove up. First off this place in a what appears to be a old car dealership from the 50s. Just cool. Although from the inside it’s as modern as can be, don’t let the outside fool you. Sat at the bar and had a local honey beer, just delicious. I ordered the 12 inch pie, half meaty boy and half the special which was a pulled pork with spicy BBQ sauce. Outstanding… Wood fired pizza has a distinct taste and those that love smoked food will love this. Moderately priced I spent about $ 30 for beer, pizza and a salad. The fresh green salad with dried peaches won me over. And the homemade dressing was a plus. Server was good, not overly friendly and the place seems to be packed with locals. A must visit if ever in Dothan.

By far the best wood fired pizza so far for me… The crust was light, thin, and crispy without charing. We tried the Meat Baby and Margherita and both outstanding. Also a good craft beer selection.

What can you say about a place that had so many great reviews? You have to try it yourself of course. It did not disappoint. The interior was nicely furnished & kind of classy. I got the dinner Greek salad. It was one of the best I’ve had in quite some time. The tomatoes were the freshest tasting & brightest red. The Italian beef sandwich with accompanying au jus was delicious. For dessert the fried peach cobbler was suggested and again was very good even though I was stuffed I couldn’t stop eating it. This night I was solo but I wouldn’t hesitate to bring family or friends for a great meal.

Delicious thin crust pizza. Nice upscale atmosphere in downtown Dothan. It was packed, but was worth the wait. Would probably skip dessert next time and eat more pizza.

Great place in downtown Dothan. They have friendly service, clean décor, and an extensive, accessible menu of pizza, salads and other items. Prices are extremely reasonable — small salad and personal pizza for lunch for $ 10! Good beer selection too. These guys are great!

If I could give 10 stars to this restaurant, I would. By far, this is the BEST restaurant in Dothan. We’ve been here many times before and every time, we leave with full and happy bellies. Our all-time favorite appetizer is the stuffed mushrooms. We don’t have a favorite entrée because they are all delicious. My personal favorite pizza is the Figgy, but they are also all delicious. The service is usually awesome. Even though it gets a bit crowded, we really enjoy the evenings with live music.

We went here for a small business dinner on a Thursday night. We had called ahead and although they do not make formal reservations we were seated right away. There was a wonderful wine special so bottles were half priced. Everyone ordered something a ldifferent and it all looked amazing. Perfect portion sizes! I had blackened grouper and asparagus, it was cooked beautifully and served with a spicy sauce. My husbands figgy pizza was spot on. The other members of our party cleaned their plates and the two steaks ordered at our table were cooked perfectly. The oreo cheesecake is a must! We will be back soon and often! I have mental list of things to try next.

Finally, a decent place in Dothan! Great atmosphere. Upscale casual. Went for dinner on Thursday night around 8pm and it was still fairly packed, but we were seated quickly. The service was friendly and quick. We had a tough time deciding between all the awesome selections of pizza, and our waiter suggested spilting it in half for us so we could try 4 of them! We ended getting the greek pesto, meat baby, italian stallion, and hawaiian. Loved the flavors of the itallian stallion and hawaiian. Greek pesto had too many olives for my liking and not enough of the artichokes. Meat baby was alright but lacking in the flavor department. Overall, good experience and good food.
