Well its hit or miss… last night we were better off googling helpful info on products while INTHESTRORE than the not-so-helpful sales guy — hey dude, I can read the little stickers next to the vehicle stereos with GPS — so when I ask you if you know anything about the products, man up and say no instead if staring at the info cards.

Excellent and intelligent people. They really know their job. Especially love the car stereo and alarm installers. They have helped me out a lot and have went way beyond the call of duty for what they get hired for. Only complaint they should adjust the prices for older tech when newer tech arrives. (Appradio 4 is out now and still asking original price for the Appradio 3)

Helpful service. We came for a cord to connect my iPad to our smart TV. I was happy that the rep didn’t try to push Apple TV. I ended up purchasing a device for ½ the price. We were in and out bin a jiffy.

This review is for the Geek Squad in Dothan, AL. This is one place, I will NOT be returning to. The«Squad» are completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and lazy! We recently brought our laptop in to be fixed seeing it was under warranty from Best Buy. The people have no conversational skills at all, and considering they work with customers, I think they should learn some! It took over 3 weeks to get our laptop back after being sent off– along with our power cord. Go in to pick up our laptop, and they forget our power cord. The women goes to the back for 10 minutes«looking» for it, and comes out with a cord that clearly was not ours(ours WAS brand new) and places it on the laptop hoping I wouldn’t notice. I said that it wasn’t ours, and I’d much rather have the one we brought with the computer, seeing the one she gave me looked like it was 10 years old!!! She said«Oh, well it will work. I mean, its the same thing…». No. That is completely unacceptable to me. She put in an order for a new one for us and sent me on my way. I get a call 2 hours later saying she found ours and was sorry about that and expected me to drive 35 minutes back to Dothan to get it that day! Well, went back in 3 days later to pick up «our powercord», only for the guy to walk around trying to find it for another 10 minutes, comes back out with ANOTHER one that was not ours and was CLEARLY used and abused saying that this will do, he can’t find ours, but sorry. NO! Needless to say, after taking that cord, then going to a manager, they still have no idea where OUR powercord went, but were able to give me a brand new one out of some other HP laptops box. As she was attempting to place the blame on the place they send the laptops out to be repaired, she kept making me feel like I was being an annoying customer, when in reality I just wanted to let them know how unprofessional and unorganized they really are. Avoid this place at all costs if you can, and if you have to go through them, make SURE you label your stuff with your name somehow or put it in a bag that will not get lost.
