My husband and I have used this place for YEARS, and were so satisfied with the quality of the dry cleaning. Today that all changed. I had 15 tablecloths that were stained. The woman said the stains would come out «no problem.» When my husband picked them up and paid $ 200+, she said «all stains out, look really good.» My husband did not check them because he trusted her word.
The stains DID NOT come out. 10 minutes ago, I called her and she said that she told him the stains didn’t come out and that she dry cleaned them three times. She said she told my husband that. She did not. There is no way my husband would pay if she told him the stains did not come out. I know him. He didn’t want to pay to get them cleaned in the first place. He was hesitant but we dropped them off because she said she could take care of the stains. Then, when I asked for a refund, she said «no refunds» and HUNG UP on me. What kind of customer service is that? All those years of good service were tarnished by the rudeness and deceit of the owner. Never again will I go there.

This is my dry cleaning/​laundry spot when I’m in Boston. They are open at 7AM which makes it super convenient to pickup before work and the turn around time on the work is awesome. I was able to drop off my clothes on a Wednesday afternoon and pick it up early on Thursday.
The staff is very friendly, prices are very reasonable and they were able to remove the stains on my shirt. Now if they could only surprise me with a $ 20 bill in my pocket next time I pick up my stuff then I’d be in heaven.

This is a great family-​owned and operated cleaners that have been around for decades. They always put in the extra effort to make the customers happy and to surpass your expectations. Same day service and tailoring is offered. They are reliable and a pleasure.
