If you are looking for a spot local for pupusas, this will be the perfect places! The manager was really nice and made us feel welcome… the vibe was nice and chill…

We have ordered food for a holiday party. We have been waiting for an hour. No call. No show. Even when we called the restaurant, no answer. The restaurant must be on fire. This will be the last time they will receive our business. Unacceptable. Update. Food arrived, but on the receipt it didn’t leave the restaurant until 40mins after it was supposed to arrive.

Hey. If you’re going to be closed then don’t take in line orders. Just seems to me to be common sense but what do I know. I’m sitting here with no lunch that I ordered an hour ago.

This place has typical Latin America dishes. The ingredients are fresh and the food is tasty. I’ve only been for dinner but I need to go for breakfast!

Great food, very happy with the traditional quality of this food. Very polite inside, and the prices are more than reasonable.

Food is not bad its just good. I was hoping for great in this area but oh well. The area is convenient for me but not good for those driving. Main reason for 3 stars is the portions are too small. I would go back but gonna order more food.

I have never been disappointed here. I usually get the pupusas, but sometimes I try something else. Tonight I had the fajitas. Very good. The introductory chips and salsa are always good. I’m not big on tacos, but theirs I like.

I can’t believe how awful my experience was. I ordered some delivery with some friends tonight at alittle before 8pm. We ordered and a good 90 minutes went by… so we called to see where our food was. They said it was on the way, we called back 30 minutes later and they said if just left. What makes it all worse is at 1015 we got an email canceling my order. I called right after and we got a message saying the voice mailbox was full. I guess the same thing happened to a lot of customers. I heard this place was great… But it doesn’t look like I’ll ever find out. Worst service award goes to you guys!

Dunno who these people are that gave this trash good reviews. Ordered 4 hard shell tacos: chorizo, beef, pork, and fish. Shells were stale Meat was cold Chorizo was not chorizo Beef dry Pork dry Hot sauce not hot Then again, nothing was. Not worth the $ 10 Overpriced stale crap.

This place has its flaws. Tried all of the taco types: — Beef — SALTY. Seriously, it was just straight salt. Couldn’t appreciate any other flavors because of that. — Chicken — overcooked and mushy, also super salty. Topped with a very sad flavorless guacamole. — Al pastor — Still super salty but the grilled pineapple pieces were a nice touch. — Fish — unbreaded, grilled tilapia that also had way too much salt. The pupusas were basic, filling, and cheap. The side slaw was wilted, undressed and at room temperature. I looked behind the counter before I left and a bunch of plates had the slaw already on them, sitting uncovered on the countertop. There were no other customers there… And why did their salsa taste like canned tomatoes/tomato paste? Boo. Honestly, I would probably just stick to the pupusas if I ever go back. Just ask for fresh slaw with it!
I finally got the chance to visit Mi Casa Tu Casa and I’m so glad I did. I was craving a pupusa, a traditional Salvadoran dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla filled with your choices of cheese, beans, or meat. We went around 6pm on a Thursday night. Sadly, my hubby and I were the only customers there. I say sadly because this place should be packed with people. Their complimentary chips and salsa is worth coming here alone! The chips are home made and the salsa is packed with so much flavor. It brought me back to all my vacations in Mexico. I ordered my cheese and bean Pupusa and the Hubby ordered the Carne Asada. Pupusa’s are small but they’re quiet filling. I can order 1 or 2 and feel full. The Carne Asada was cooked perfectly, the way we requested, and the rice and beans were plentiful. Everything was delicious and the prices were great! People need to check this place out… It’s definitely a hidden gem in Dorchester.
