Lee is my favorite mechanic and I trust him completely with all of my cars. He always knows whats wrong and gives me the best service as well as the best prices I can find anywhere else. I tend to shop around even after he diagnoses my car with its fate, however he gives me even better prices and high quality treatment all of the time.
I like the care and detail that he puts into working on my cars. Lee is a trusty mechanic that I recommend to everyone. However, I do want to say that this is the ORIGINAL L P AUTO REPAIR, not the one located in Quincy, MA. I know the LP Auto in Quincy is closer, but the quality service care is not there, which is why I venture all the way to Dorchester. Trust me a car is a hefty thing to lose when its not working, put it in the right hands!

I bring my 2000 4runner, and my 1972 Mercedes Benz 280se 4.5. Lee always knows what’s wrong and what not to worry about. His work is excellent and gives a detailed printed bill. I would never have had the confidence to buy the Benz without knowing he would help me keep it on the road. For anyone who lives in Dorchester it is a great location, to drop off and walk home, he also can organize a rental loaner.
My neighbor brings his Triumph, BMW, Honda, Mini, and Karmann Ghia. He can fix anything.
Lee is smart, polite, and lives and works in Dorchester! 6 days a week! Support him!
