Hair Stop

This review is based upon customer service and not contents or supplies within the store. My first time purchasing anything from the store was a complete and total disaster. I misplaced my receipt and even with a credit card statement with proof of purchase in regards to an exchange it took me having to reach out to the establishment owner in order to resolve anything. A simple exchange for 15 dollars worth of product, completely unopened became a significant issue and being employee I dealt with was very unaccommodating. Thankfully another employee recognized what I had purchased or else I will have not been able to exchange anything. However I will not be returning to this location in the future and would advise anyone looking for hair care products to go to hair stop located on Washington Street in Roxbury. When originally told I could not bring back my products the owner of the Roxbury location although not associated with Mattapan location was more than willing to exchange any product I had that he sold. This store does not care about customer service do not spend your money here.
