They lost one of my favorite shirts, and as compensation they didn’t charge me for the laundry service.

Great Dry Cleaning/​Laundry Service. They offer same day pick up and do a great job at removing stains. I’m pretty sure this is not a guaranteed service, but I took my pants in that had ink stains and when I got them back the stains were totally gone; all that in a same day service!
They are open at 6AM and close at a time that is accessible after work. Giving you the ability to drop off clothes on your way to work, and pick them up on your way home.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dry cleaning or laundry service.

Love dropping my clothes off to get washed here. They had some ghetto boys working there at one point [they get points for giving neighborhood people jobs] but one of the owners did step in and made me forget about the idiot that was writing up my order. Thank goodness for professional people. Love this place.

Price is ok. Some of the service agents are a bit unfriendly and kind of rude. A few times I’ve picked up my laundry and they weren’t completely dry. My socks weren’t folded together. I know that sounds like a small thing but, for the price I think the service should be better.

This is MY spot. Hands down, the BEST cleaners in Boston. I don’t care where I move to in the city, I will drive, take the T, a rickshaw, a cab, a camel, a Zipcar, a boat, or whatever to drop my WASH/​DRY/​FOLD right here.
My clothes ALWAYS come back smelling great, folded properly, whites correctly washed (not bleached out and yellow), and my bag washed and included in the neatly finished laundry. As long as you drop off by noon, your laundry is done by 6:30pm. They’ve never lost or damaged an item. Staff is GREAT– warm, friendly folks, and the store is family owned. They make it a point to hire people from the community to work in the store sometimes. Owners work on-​site, and are often around.
Wash/​Dry/​Fold is $ 1.20 per pound. I wish they offered delivery and pick-​up.
Dry cleaning and regular laundry services are top notch, as well. Again, BEST CLEANERS IN TOWN. WORTH THE TRIP. Get over the neighborhood. You’ll be VERY glad you did!

This is a decent laundromat for the area. Always washers available, even during busy times. Inexpensive compared to other places I’ve been. It’s always decently clean, never any «out of order» signs, friendly staff from the cleaners next door. I definitely recommend this laundromat over any other in the area.

This is a rocking little dry cleaner. They are probably a TAD more expensive than you are expecting on this side of Boston, but they are definitely worth it. I have had designer dresses, cheap comforters, random shirts and even faux-​fur cushions dry-​cleaned here, with efficiency, quality and a rapid turn-​around.
The guy who owns this joint is also responsible for the laundromat next door (review to come: watch this space!) — just don’t let him see you making quarters in the laundromat machine and you’ll get on just fine.
They’re open whenever you need them to be… from silly o’clock in the morning to mojito-​making after-​dark. They can do a one-​hour dry cleaning job at almost the same price as their normal dry cleaning jobs. They are ALWAYS friendly (excepting Mr Don’t-Make-Quarters-In-The-Machine-If-You’re-Not-Using-The-Laundromat) and give me little tidbits of advice about how to keep my clothes nice.
I once left three VERY expensive dresses here and forgot about them for a month… unlike most other dry cleaners, who either throw ‘old’ items away or sell them or something, they called me up (yes, THAT’S why you take a customer’s cell number) to remind me of my items.
They don’t look particularly snazzy from the outside, but then it’s not their responsibility to clean up the strip mall’s sidewalks beneath an incongruous Pavarotti soundtrack (yes, really; it’s worth checking out). It *is* their responsibility to clean your clothes to a high standard, and that’s exactly what they do.
