Poor, slow service but great coffee! There are many more in the area w better service.

All I asked for was a small hot unsweetened green tea but I got it with a side of attitude and extra wait time. The cashier was so mad that I said unsweetened instead of black. Well excuse me for not trying to confuse you because there is such thing as black tea. She rolled her eyes at me and said«you could have just said BLACK that’s unsweetened» … Okay I just wanted my tea not a lecture. 5 mins later and I still didn’t get this green tea. At this point I’m just disgusted by the service and would rather just never come back.

Now I worked for D&D for 5 years and even on my first day I didn’t work as slow and as uncoordinated as this location does. They have no sense of counter service or who should be pouring coffee versus who is ringing up an order. After making an order I was told to move to the side to wait(behind at least 5 other people who were waiting — just for coffee), as I am waiting I was asked repeatedly what I would like to order from another cashier who was two registers down from where I already ordered and paid. I informed her I was waiting for my coffee and she got an attitude with me because I didn’t come down to her register. I worked all shifts at D&D and the early morning(4am start) shift is by far the most hectic… to have 8 people behind the counter and an average wait time of 5 mins for 1 coffee is just inexcusable. In my opinion the supervisor needs to find a way of better managing the counter by having stationary cashiers with a runner for each cashier. I’ve been twice in the mornings and will never go again. I will make the drive to the D&D on Morrissey.

This is my local Dunkin’ Donuts, and don’t think it gives me no pleasure saying that(read that as colloquially intended, don’t translate the double negative.) I’m going to clearly lay out why I hate this Dunks; a: Maybe somewhat unfair as this doesn’t really happen IN the Dunks– but walking there means getting several cat calls, and several homeless dudes asking for money and/or my number; b: Kids/sketchy people loitering EVERYWHERE in this little plaza as well as in the Dunks, also asking for money or my number(I’m not conceited or disillusioned as to my looks, I just happen to be female and that’s all that’s required in Field’s Corner to get hit on); c: I get the same order at every Dunkin’ Donuts, and it is not a hard one — medium iced French vanilla, just cream, extra ice(I like my iced coffee actually cold. 6 ice cubes does not suffice.) Apparently in Field’s Corner, ‘extra ice’ is taken to mean ‘oh so you want three ice cubes? coming right up!’ Never have I ever once gotten a decent amount of ice. Not only not the extra ice I was asking for, but I don’t even get the standard amount of ice. And they’re always so overrun and busy that it’s just not work dealing with the loiterers or the grouchy staff to ask them to remake it. I realize this is a seemingly small beef, but it ruins the coffee for me when it’s warm. I WORKED at a Dunks in high school, so I can safely and authoritatively say that it is NOT A HARDJOBATALL. There is no reason my order should be wrong every single time.

Recently renovated stuff is cool — I like clean and shiny things. I don’t like understaffed counters that take way too long to serve you watery coffee whilst a homeless dude is asking for you to buy him a corn muffin and a St. Patrick’s Day donut. *shame fills our hearts as we hold $ 1 bills from the previous night out at the clurrrb* Homeless dude: 1 Faggle of gays: 0
