They were on time for delivery and pick up and very professional.

I purchased the voucher for this company from Half Off Depot. LITERALLY have been calling Jumping Panda for two weeks solid and can not get anyone to return my call. This was for my daughter’s upcoming birthday party … and now I am going to have to pay full price and rent from another company — plus what I’ve already paid for this voucher. I have called every single day, at different times, have left probably 10 voice mails. NO ONE CALLS BACK!
I would not recommend putting any faith in this company if you’re expecting service at all. BAD

We rented the Crayola bounce house, some tables, and chairs for our son’s birthday party. Every phone call as well as all face-​to-​face contact we had with the staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The rental equipment was all clean and in great condition. The staff dropped off and picked up everything quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely recommend this company for your party needs!
