Nice little hotel bar! very clean, good service and they had some sort of entertainment all weekend.

The service was perfect. The wings were superb. Then came the bill. An arbitrary 15% «service charge» was applied to our bill. I asked what this was for since it was just two of us sitting at the bar. The bartender said that «part of it was gratuity and part of it was a hotel service charge». I asked how much was each. She didn’t know. Seriously??? She didn’t know? C’mon! So I asked the front desk dude. He didn’t know either. I asked, «is the bar a separate entity from the hotel?» No. So what is this charge? He didn’t know. Lame. I wanted to reward this young woman working at the bar and I wasn’t allowed to because of some bullshit arbitrary charge. I won’t give in to this extortion. PS… the bourbon was severely watered down. FYI.

In the old days, going to a hotel bar for cocktails was a thing. Nowadays, most hotel bars are overpriced, under-​serviced, and unimaginative when it comes to drinks. This is a lotta bit of an exception and may just bring back that old tradition single-​handed…
Located in the lobby of the A-​Loft Hotel in Doral, this lounge can be a respite from the daily ding. I highly recommend it if you want to chill while the rest fume in traffic. Comfortable couches and a latin flavored ambiance welcome you with open arms. Whether you’re in the mood for a martini or a mojito, the bar staff will satisfy. A pool table is available or you can catch up with friends by the pool. I’m as high stress as you can get, and it was a welcome change for me…
Happy Hour lasts until 8pm with 2 for 1 well drinks, Cabernet or Chardonnay, and the appetizers are quite filling. The staff is friendly and expedient with their service.
Next time you’re transiting through Doral and see nothing but red taillights in front of you, think about meandering on over and letting go for a bit.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! If you are looking for bar to kick back a few drinks, listen to great music, and be surrounded by great people this is the place to go. It is the only bar of its kind in Doral. The hotel is beautiful and you get a couple of free drink tickets if you stay.

I will give this little bar five stars because of the service and because i have had the best mojito i have ever had in my life from here! This bar in inside the Aloft hotel in Doral. I went there as I was waiting for a friend and sat at the bar. The bar tender silvana automatically served me and I didn’t really know what I was in the mood for and she recommended the blue berry mojito. I only agreed because she pulled out a whole box of fresh blueberries she even let me try one because I was a little skeptical. Then when I actually had it it was phenomenal! When I went to have another one she said she had raspberries and that one was even better than the first one! If you ever get a chance to go make sure SILVANA makes your mojitos!

Drinks are a little high, but all of the drinks are expensive in Miami. But if you stay at the hotel they give you a couple of free drink tickets, and the staff is very friendly. They have live bands on the weekends and they have awesome speciality mojitos and martinis. All and all I really enjoyed myself her.

This lounge bar is inside aloft miami doral, however it deserves to be reviewed separately from the hotel.
Doral infamously is distinguished for their lack of good upscale bars where to chill out and mingle in a nicee environment. WXYZ has the look and feel of a good option for this. Modern décor with a neat bar and some entertainment options in a small space. There is even a pool table here. Outside and inside setting. Good music. Even prices though not cheap, are better than other places around. Until now most of the people that frecuents the place are the guests, and once in a while some locals, hope this will change.
